Kawasaki has been working on expanding its legendary adventure brand – the KLR650. The company is planning to launch a new variant for the Australian market.
According to leaked documents, the Japanese brand has readied a new KLR650S variant for the Australian market. This motorcycle is expected to be a 2023 model and could launch in Australia later this year. The company already sells the KLR650 in two forms – the base model and the KLR650 Adventure.
For 2023, it looks like Kawasaki wants to give the country a new variant. Unfortunately, there aren’t any details on what this S variant might be. It could mean a new base variant or also could become a ‘Sports’ model. As of now, there is only speculation but we are quite excited to see what the Japanese brand has planned for the Australian market.
