Yamaha recently extended its Indonesian and Japanese portfolio by adding the 2021 MT-25. The MT-25 ABS is currently priced at Yen 6,21,500 in Japan, which converts to Rs 4.12 lakh. While its India launch seems quite unlikely, here we bring to you the complete details of the same.

Engine

The MT-25 is powered by a 249cc twin-cylinder water-cooled engine that churns out 34.9bhp at 12,000rpm and 23Nm at 10,000rpm. All this power and torque is taken to its wheels via a six-speed gearbox.

The ride here is taken care of by telescopic forks at the front and swingarm suspension at the rear. For braking, it employs a single disc on both ends assisted by a hydraulic system. It is equipped with 17-inch wheels on both ends. The front wheel is wrapped with a tyre having 110mm width. Meanwhile, the rear wheel is wrapped with a tyre having 140mm width.
