The Splendor iSmart 110 is Hero MotoCorp’s first ingeniously developed motorcycle. Shedding off the dependence on Honda, the Splendor iSmart 110 is based on a new platform and engine.
Hero MotoCorp has stuck to a conservative design approach for the Splendor iSmart 110, though it now looks more elegant than its other stablemates. The bikini fairing, curvy fuel tank and the simple tail section give the motorcycle a simple yet refreshingly new look. The instrument cluster also gets a basic design, though it does integrate a small LCD screen that displays the trip meter, odometer and fuel indicator. The company has also introduced the BS-VI version of the motorcycle which features an all-new diamond chassis instead of the double-cradle chassis on the out-going one. Design-wise, the body panels receive subtle updates including a new set of decals. Furthermore, it gets longer suspension travel, higher ground clearance and a longer wheelbase.
Powering the Splendor iSmart 110 is a new 110cc engine that produces 9bhp and 9Nm of torque, and is mated to a four-speed gearbox. With a top speed of 87kmph, Hero claims that this engine offers nine per cent more power and 12 per cent higher torque than its older 100cc counterparts. The bike comes with idle start-stop system (i3s) that helps in saving fuel in stop-go traffic. On the other hand, the BS-VI version is also powered by the same motor which comes with fuel injection. In terms of power output, the engine registers 9bhp and 9.89Nm, a slight difference in power figures.
The Splendor iSmart 110 is among the most competitive segments in the country, where it rivals the likes of the Honda Livo, TVS Star City Plus and the Suzuki Hayate. The Hero Splendor iSmart 110 is priced at Rs 56,280 while the BS-VI version retails at Rs 64,900 (ex-showroom Delhi).
The average of the Splendor iSmart 110 is 55 kmpl, as per the owners of the bike.

No one should buy bike of hero motocorp.

This is my first bike, but the worst bike. On the first day when I take this bike to my home, the problem of engine noise started, given to the dealership to check on it. They said this is not a big problem, kept the bike for 3 days then noise problem solved. But in just under 50,000 km. Its engine gets seized about 5 times...I got regular service from the nearest dealerships also whenever the engine was seized also repaired by the dealership.I am regretting why bought a vehicle from hero motocorp...I will never buy or recommend someone in my life to buy any vehicle hero motocorp manufactured.

Worst bike in human history
Rajiv Banerjee
I have been riding bikes for the last 25 years or more and this happens to be my 4th bike. I never had so many problems with any other bike like this one. The timing chain got damaged and was changed 3 times in 5 years. The main drive chain broke and had to replace the chain set in less than 3 years. The build quality is so bad that something or the other is always not working properly. The balance is pathetic. I really want to spray petrol on this and burn it and then post the video on social media to ensure that hero knows about it. Worst bike ever made in human history!!!

The first reason to buy this bike was some extra features which are offered like engine start-stop etc. The riding quality of this bike is better than others the xsens feature is also good and the bike provides sufficient mileage which would enough for a daily rider. The good looks of the bike to look more premium from the segment with a good performance after service the ride quality also gets good but don't consider it for the off-road vehicle the puddle is felt when they are a little bit.

Hero Splendor review

The whole buying procedure is smooth, as we all know hero brand besides into the heart of Indians. The representative assists us very perfectly.Overall riding experience is good. Atleast I am saving my fuel during this high rise in fuel prices. Daily commute of sixty to sixty- five km cost me 120 which far very pocket friendly. Average mileage of this bike 52-55 km/l. Engine sound is quietly soothing. While riding it don't feel like an fuel bike it's like a electric. It's smart fuel saver technology is good for Delhi traffic.Looks at this price range is quite attractive and the blue black combination is making it beauty queen. Servicing is quit smooth for the time being. As I have no more idea about servicing because these maintenance work are assigned to my brother. Overall experience is good and hero authorized service centre always deliver their best. Also the maintenance cost is reasonable.

I have spent almost a year with my bike and the bike never disappoints me in any case. spender I Smart is one of the most successful bikes amongst the all hero bike.it is very comfortable in riding but the one think that dissappoint me is its speed as we go above 70 or 75 the bike starts vibrating .only this is why I have to sell my bike within one year of purchase.
