Parts are very delicate

The parts are very delicate. Switch, key set, when we ride the main road suddenly off very dangerous may met accident. I have faced these problems. Company earing by a service station. We should have to pay for replacing each part. It's very far from my place. So please buy from a nearby place only. Service is very poor.

I'm complaining about the e-bike ampere connect.My invoice was created in my company name for creates, I purchased an ampere magnus es e-bike from arunagiri motors in bangalore on 6th December 2021. As we all know ev vehicles are under development they are not completely issues free, and ampere electric is top of the crowd. They are producing their products just like college students doing their final-year projects.. Facing many problems day by day but the technical services team struggled to resolve my problems online, within the span of 3 months I faced my bike not charging I approached the service center team they told me the battery charging circuit is failed and needed to replace I have waited around 15 to 20 days then they replaced again next 3 month again same issues this time I approached the head of the service team he said better itself dead need to replace I waited almost month finally got my replacement battery it works next 4 months in the span of 11 months I have faced all these problems. The issue started again battery not charging on 10th oct-2022 onwards I called the customer care team and showroom service center team no one takes responses, finally, I escalated this issue to the higher office they promised to support but after 20 days they blocked my number and no responses the whole sense is misbehaving to the customer I spent 68999rs to brought this bike. I need to approach the consumer court to get it fixed..

Very worst service support please don't buy and waste your money.I brought my bike to bangalore arunagiri showroom on 06-dec-2021 after the 3-month battery was not charging and then they gave me a temporary battery after 6 months that also dead no responses from the showroom am going to file a case this week.

Using for 8 months. All ok but the charger issue with this model and customer service is worst and poor from both dealers and manufactures. Had a charger issue and take 1 month to resolve the issue. No electrical technicians with dealers. Over all service is poor and nil. Need to improve service in dealers' locations.

I lost 84k in just 3 months... The worst company battery was dead... Replacing charges 12k.. This is a big scam from ampere... Please ignore this low-quality ev magnus ex....I am facing more issues... Company is not responding to my emails... Dealers are more worst....Low-quality plastic bodies make more noise... Chinese electrical parts...

The buying experience is bad from Flipkart as it takes 15 days to deliver...Riding experience good for single-person drive. If more than 100kgs you feel slowness can't compare with activa etc. Look and space wise very good...Mileage 70 with low speed. Charging takes a lot of time like more than 7hrs......For ladies, it works in parts.

I purchased ampere magnus-ex electric vehicle 3months ago for my daily commute to work I travel 40km up and down and I have good comfort driving on the half road.And compare to ather and ola the ampere electric company good quality is giving value for money features in budget Cons- the pickup power is a little low and the headlights are bright while driving at night.

Ampere magnus is one of the worst electric vehicle

Ampere magnus is the worst vehicle. I purchased it 45 days back. I am getting only 50km/charge. The vehicle is not having a pickup. Not comfortable for raiding. The maximum speed we can drive is only 40km not more than that. The backing system is also not good, when we apply a broken vehicle will keep on shaking. Suddenly pickup will reduce and automatically it will increase.

The buying process was simple since I made full payment even though it took 19 days to deliver because of color availability.Pros: frond look wise it's pretty good and we cannot make out its ev from the front sideBoot space is decent we can keep the half helmet.Cons: 121 km is just a dream...The actual range is 80 with a single person and low mode. If we are riding pillion then max rage would be 50 to 60Tyre's profile is 10 inches and the worst quality... No disk brake was given and braking efficiency is poor.Speed is a big concern..Max speed is 50. You cannot overtake any petrol scooter on road ..40 to 47 is the max speed... If you want to reach 50 then u have to struggleCharging time 5 to 6 hours..It's quite long and no fast charging optionMade quality is average...Within 1-month usage, starter switch was damaged..Even low/high mode switch made with 20 rs plastic.People were attracted by the look and the company claimed 121 range...Plz don't believe that word that's never got it ...After buying dealer told me about the actual range ... If you want to get 100kn that's possible by riding one person and a speed of 25km... Instead of that, we can buy sports gear cycle.

The buying experience is bad from Flipkart as it takes 15 days to deliver...Riding experience good for single-person drive. If more than 100kgs you feel slowness can't compare with activa etc. Look and space wise very good...Mileage 70 with low speed. Charging takes a lot of time like more than 7hrs......For ladies, it works in parts.

Good build quality for value for money

I purchased ampere magnus-ex electric vehicle 3months ago for my daily commute to work I travel 40km up and down and I have good comfort driving on the half road.And compare to ather and ola the ampere electric company good quality is giving value for money features in budget Cons- the pickup power is a little low and the headlights are bright while driving at night.

Ampere magnus is one of the worst electric vehicle

Ampere magnus is the worst vehicle. I purchased it 45 days back. I am getting only 50km/charge. The vehicle is not having a pickup. Not comfortable for raiding. The maximum speed we can drive is only 40km not more than that. The backing system is also not good, when we apply a broken vehicle will keep on shaking. Suddenly pickup will reduce and automatically it will increase.

The buying process was simple since I made full payment even though it took 19 days to deliver because of color availability.Pros: frond look wise it's pretty good and we cannot make out its ev from the front sideBoot space is decent we can keep the half helmet.Cons: 121 km is just a dream...The actual range is 80 with a single person and low mode. If we are riding pillion then max rage would be 50 to 60Tyre's profile is 10 inches and the worst quality... No disk brake was given and braking efficiency is poor.Speed is a big concern..Max speed is 50. You cannot overtake any petrol scooter on road ..40 to 47 is the max speed... If you want to reach 50 then u have to struggleCharging time 5 to 6 hours..It's quite long and no fast charging optionMade quality is average...Within 1-month usage, starter switch was damaged..Even low/high mode switch made with 20 rs plastic.People were attracted by the look and the company claimed 121 range...Plz don't believe that word that's never got it ...After buying dealer told me about the actual range ... If you want to get 100kn that's possible by riding one person and a speed of 25km... Instead of that, we can buy sports gear cycle.

Parts are very delicate

The parts are very delicate. Switch, key set, when we ride the main road suddenly off very dangerous may met accident. I have faced these problems. Company earing by a service station. We should have to pay for replacing each part. It's very far from my place. So please buy from a nearby place only. Service is very poor.

I'm complaining about the e-bike ampere connect.My invoice was created in my company name for creates, I purchased an ampere magnus es e-bike from arunagiri motors in bangalore on 6th December 2021. As we all know ev vehicles are under development they are not completely issues free, and ampere electric is top of the crowd. They are producing their products just like college students doing their final-year projects.. Facing many problems day by day but the technical services team struggled to resolve my problems online, within the span of 3 months I faced my bike not charging I approached the service center team they told me the battery charging circuit is failed and needed to replace I have waited around 15 to 20 days then they replaced again next 3 month again same issues this time I approached the head of the service team he said better itself dead need to replace I waited almost month finally got my replacement battery it works next 4 months in the span of 11 months I have faced all these problems. The issue started again battery not charging on 10th oct-2022 onwards I called the customer care team and showroom service center team no one takes responses, finally, I escalated this issue to the higher office they promised to support but after 20 days they blocked my number and no responses the whole sense is misbehaving to the customer I spent 68999rs to brought this bike. I need to approach the consumer court to get it fixed..

Worst bike and service support

Very worst service support please don't buy and waste your money.I brought my bike to bangalore arunagiri showroom on 06-dec-2021 after the 3-month battery was not charging and then they gave me a temporary battery after 6 months that also dead no responses from the showroom am going to file a case this week.

Charger issue and worst customer service

Using for 8 months. All ok but the charger issue with this model and customer service is worst and poor from both dealers and manufactures. Had a charger issue and take 1 month to resolve the issue. No electrical technicians with dealers. Over all service is poor and nil. Need to improve service in dealers' locations.
