Waste bike. Spares are very weak. If you ask the same question, the company person will say that is not under warranty. Suspension waste broke within 1 month. After-sales service waste, they try to get more money only, but worthless spares. The charger is not working fine. It is better to buy Ather or Tvs iqube.

I bought this bike in April'22, uses only for my office commute, which is 13 km away from my home. The complete charging time is nearly 5 and half hours while it charged to nearly 75% in 3 hours. I generally drive in high-speed mode and get around 80-85 km range. Till now, I have driven nearly 2700 km.
The buying experience was good.. Get it delivered in the expected time. It has never stopped during any ride.
However, the major disappointment is its ride quality. The suspension system is so bad that one can feel every uneven surface of the road and each and every jerk will be transferred to the body. After one month of riding this bike, I am feeling body pains daily. I asked the service center to check twice and in that course, they adjusted the suspension to the maximum possible, but of no usage.. I have raised this issue to their head office a month ago, but no revert yet.
So, overall a decent speed and range, but the worst quality ride.
Ps: I also own 2014 hero karizma and have ridden that in the same route for the last 5 years without any issue.

Not good for the service center is not the proper answer. Spare parts are not available at any time. Min 1 month to 3 month waiting service center. Don't buy this bike. Mileage is only for 40km to 50km. The bike is low acc. So people don't buy this bike.

I brought my bike to bangalore arunagiri showroom on 06-dec-2021 after the 3-month battery was not charging and then they gave me a temporary battery after 6 months that also dead no responses from the showroom am going to file a case this week.

India's no 1 worst class vehicle ....Buying this vehicle means its a waste of total money it's my humble request not to buy this vehicle there are many options in the market...And one more very very poor and the rubbish thing is that after any issues in the vehicle no any proper customer service and 3rd class dealers are there and as well as 3rd class executives are there in ampere company.

It is a good-looking scooter with lightweight.
Mileage is less than claimed by the company it should run 120 km but it goes around 70-80km.
The digital display is not good, as soon as you accelerate battery meter comes down by 2 points.
Battery charging time is very high that needs to be taken care of by the company.
Overall scooter riding comfort is good.
In this segment vehicle is good.

Electric bike motors shouldn't produce heat more than is how to be manufactured, But in this, the Motor is very hot to touch when we use it for a 2-3 km ride. Because of that back tire gets damaged within 6 months, Now I changed the new tier, and also the (light)headlamp has not worked within 3 months that too changed new ..how many times have we are changing one by one then how will I recommend it to another person.

Worst bike.. Getting back pain, the mileage is worst.. All the parts in the vehicle are shaking in poor quality.. A person who is fond of electric bikes will hate the e-bike if he uses ampere magnus pro. You have 3 years warranty but for all 3 years, you need to replace all the parts as the parts are of very poor quality.. Quality-wise, mileage wise the worst of the bikes.. Had a huge interest and got frustrated with buying ampere.. The scientist ampere will put him into death if he is alive with his name for the bike..

The parts are very delicate. Switch, key set, when we ride the main road suddenly off very dangerous may met accident. I have faced these problems. Company earing by a service station. We should have to pay for replacing each part. It's very far from my place. So please buy from a nearby place only. Service is very poor.
