Battery is Dead after 1 Year of usage. Poor Service response from Ampere company/ dealer they are not able to provide /replace the new battery, even after 1 month. company Dealers and Authorized persons are not answering the phone calls. Not giving any update about the status of the battery. I'll be happy if they recall their EV.

Battery Quality Very Poor, 2 Times Company replaced my Battery but still not working, I got only a 60kms range only, and when purchased it at that time company said 121 km but practical only a 60kms range, Company service is very poor, Do not purchase AMPERE Vehicle, Battery BMS quality is very poor.

1 and 4 scooter buying in showroom talking more impress and next day all are not responsible about the bike. Anyone who asks in showroom boys then replies that problem is the same as all bike.. Or this type of issue is common sir. So not responsible .. Service and number plate and extra fitting also very late long time ...

I lost 84k in just 3 months... The worst company battery was dead... Replacing charges 12k.. This is a big scam from ampere... Please ignore this low-quality ev magnus ex....I am facing more issues... Company is not responding to my emails... Dealers are more worst....Low-quality plastic bodies make more noise... Chinese electrical parts...

I bought this scooter 2 monoths back for my daily commute of nearly 54km. The buying experience was average but what I like most is they call once in nearly 2 weeks to enquire about any problems with the scooter.
I get an average of nearly 84km per charge and charging takes about 5 hours. I use it in both high and low-speed modes (mostly high-speed).
The looks of this bike are almost like honda activa and are comfortable to ride. You get a boot space that accommodates my full helmet.
A few things that can make it better are a more comfortable seat and a better build quality. But overall I am happy with the performance till now at 600km.

For a mid priced electric scooter this is a good choice.. But problem arises when we apply brakes on riding up a surface. Because of the one-second delay in acceleration. Be sure to charge this scooter in less than a week even after just riding it for 8 km a day because we don't have a choice to off the front lights which also consume power.

2. Accelerators don't work for 2 to 3 seconds every time you start the bike. It becomes more terrible when you are in the middle of traffic.
4. I believe ampere is using low-quality equipment with their bikes. When I visited for a second free service after 3 months ( completed around 1200 km only), I had to pay for a headlight bulb because the one I got with the new bike stopped working. When I mentioned the issue about the accelerator they said the clutch plate must not be working and I need to pay for it as well if I want to repair or replace it. Raised this to their customer care on email id but in reply I got an email saying that your issue is resolved, and that's it. This is their customer service quality. Showroom people talk nice only when you go as a new customer. They don't entertain you if you complain about their product.
So, overall I would say don't just go with the low price (₹ 86500), if you expect quality then I won't recommend this bike.
