Bajaj Auto had introduced the Avenger Street 150 which was later replaced with the new Avenger Street 160 owning to customer feedback. In terms of design, the cruiser remains the same as the now discontinued Avenger Street 150 model. It offers the same laid-back stance with an aggressive flat handlebar. The biggest change, however, is the engine that is now BS6-compliant. The 160.4cc, single-cylinder, fuel-injected motor produces 14.8bhp and 13.4Nmand comes mated to a five-speed gearbox.
For cycle parts, the Avenger Street 160 is equipped with telescopic forks at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. Braking is taken care with a 230mm single disc up front equipped with single-channel ABS while the rear continues to feature a 130mm drum brake. You can have the Avenger Street 160 in two colour options black or red.
The Avenger Street 160 competes directly with the Suzuki Intruder 150 in the cruiser market.

Great function and practicality make it a top choice among all, the Bajaj Avenger Street 160 is a total go-to two-wheeler model for absolutely all purposes. My buying experience at a nearby hero showroom was quite pleasing and smooth. The purchase range is also quite offering and is budget friendly in exchange for modern features that function very smoothly, providing hassle-free rides all along your commute. The ground clearance is good. This model comes with good fuel capacity and stunning looks as well.

Avenger Street Bike Review: Cruising with Style (A Rider's Perspective)
Nirmal Laxmanbhai Keshvani
1. Buying Experience:Walking into the showroom, the Avenger immediately grabbed my attention. The muscular stance and chrome accents oozed a certain attitude. The staff were helpful, explaining the features and offering a test ride. Finalizing the deal was smooth, and the bike rolled out gleaming under the sunlight.2. Riding Experience:The first thing that struck me was the comfortable riding posture. The wide seat and forward-set footpegs had me cruising in comfort. The engine, while not a powerhouse, provided enough grunt for city commutes and highway cruising. Maneuvering through traffic felt manageable, though the weight might be noticeable for shorter riders.3. Looks, Performance:The Avenger commands attention on the road. The muscular design, blacked-out elements, and chrome touches give it a distinct personality. Performance-wise, it's a cruiser, not a speed demon. It excels in relaxed riding, offering a smooth power delivery at moderate speeds.4. Servicing and Maintenance:Bajaj service centers are widely available, making maintenance hassle-free. The Avenger itself isn't complex to maintain, and parts are readily accessible. Regular servicing ensures a smooth ride and prolongs the bike's life.5. Pros and Cons:Pros:Comfort: Excellent for long rides due to the relaxed riding posture.Style: Stands out from the crowd with its bold design.Mileage: Offers decent fuel economy for a cruiser in its segment.Maintenance: Easy to maintain with readily available parts and service network.Cons:Power: Not ideal for those seeking powerful acceleration or high-speed riding.Weight: The heavier weight might be challenging for shorter riders to maneuver in tight spaces.Features: Lacks some modern features like a fully digital instrument cluster.Overall:The Avenger Street is a cruiser bike built for those who prioritize comfort and style over raw power. It's a perfect companion for relaxed rides, weekend getaways, and cruising around town. While it might not be the choice for adrenaline seekers, it offers a unique riding experience with a touch of old-school charm.

Bajaj Avenger 169 street review

Bikesh Singh
I've owned the Bajaj Avenger for years, and it has consistently delivered a great riding experience. The sleek design, comfortable seating, and powerful engine make it an ideal choice for long rides. Its fuel efficiency has also impressed me. Overall, the Bajaj Avenger has been a reliable and enjoyable companion on the road. In 3-4years the most I had to spend ever on one repair was 4k else my every service costs less than 1k.

Bajaj Avenger 160- Users Feedback
Javeed Ahmed Soudagar
I Bought Bajaj Avenger 160 street bike in the month of January 2016. The mileage of the vehicle is very poor in the range of 30 to 35 kms/Litre. The handle lock and bike start/off key location are in different areas. Accidently I did not remove the handle lock and used the and started the bike and fell. There is no indication that the handle is locked and the bike got started which led to the accident this is very dangerous. The length of the bike is long and difficult to take turns. Not good for city-level riders. Good for long journeys and tours.

Handle lock to be opened first than ignition to be started as the key location for both the purposes are at different location. User may fell to ground if he forgets to open the handle lock before ignition- No foul proof system in this area.
