About 390 Adventure [2023]

KTM 390 Adventure [2023] is expected to launch in India in June 2023 in the expected price range of ₹ 3,50,000 to ₹ 3,70,000. Currently available bikes which are similar to 390 Adventure [2023] are Zontes 350T, KTM 390 Adventure & Moto Morini X-Cape. Another bike similar to 390 Adventure [2023] is Royal Enfield Himalayan 650 which is launching in September 2023 in India.

KTM has updated its 390 Adventure motorcycle with the addition of a new variant. Christened as the Spoke Wheel Edition, this variant will be sold alongside the cast wheel version that is already available in India. The new variant of the sub-500cc adventure tourer gets wire-spoke wheels that use a 19-inch front and 17-inch setup.

In terms of styling, the 2023 iteration gets new graphics and an orange colour for the trellis frame. A new KTM decal is visible on the fuel tank, while a ‘Ready To Race’ sticker is placed under the rider’s saddle.

The specifications and hardware, too, remain unaltered, and the international-spec model retains WP Suspension APEX hardware that features adjustability for compression, rebound, and preload. The braking tasks are handled by a 320mm front and a 230mm rear rotor that work with Bybre-sourced calipers.

The mechanical specifications retain the 373cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that makes 43bhp of maximum output and 37Nm of peak torque. The electronics comprise ride-by-wire, traction control, cornering ABS, off-road mode, LED lighting, and a five-inch colour TFT display.

KTM India is expected to launch the 2023 390 Adventure in the next few months. In fact, the spoke-wheel version is likely to get the adjustable front suspension. If this happens, it will affect the ex-showroom price considerably. The KTM 390 Adventure rivals the likes of the BMW G 310 GS and the Benelli TRK 251 in the Indian market.
