The 2022 Ducati Hypermotard range comprises of three models – Hypermotard 950, Hypermotard 950 RVE, and Hypermotard 950 SP. The details about the India-bound 2022 Hypermotard 950 range are limited at the moment, although we expect to see the standard and the SP variant in our market.
The biggest upgrade on the Model Year 2022 Hypermotard range is its compliance with the Euro5 emission regulations. The 2022 Hypermotard series continues to use a 937cc Ducati Testastretta 11-degree V-twin-cylinder engine. Despite complying with the newer, more stringent emission norms, the power and torque output remain unchanged. Thus, the engine on the 2022 Hypermotard range continues to produce 112.4bhp at 9,000rpm and 96Nm of peak torque at 7,250rpm.
All three variants feature the same styling elements that comprise of a twin under-seat exhaust setup, minimal bodywork, a trellis frame, a trellis sub-frame, a wide handlebar, and a flat seat. However, the three variants are distinguished through their respective graphics. The standard Hypermotard 950 comes in Ducati Red colour scheme while the Hypermotard 950 RVE features a “Graffiti” livery.
The range-topping Hypermotard 950 SP benefits from new “SP” colour along with higher-spec Ohlins suspension with increased travel, Marchesini forged wheels, and standard Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) Up and Down EVO.
