PURE EV ETrance Neo is an electric scooter available in 3 variants and 7 colours. PURE EV ETrance Neo generates 1.5 W power from its motor. With front disc and rear drum brakes, PURE EV ETrance Neo comes up with electronically assisted braking system.
The ETrance Neo is Pure EV’s most powerful electric scooter. With a claimed range of around 120kms, this e-scooter is being positioned as an urban scooter that won’t be a part of scooters with range anxiety issues.
The ETrance Neo gets a 2.5kWH lithium battery and a BLDC motor that helps power this e-scooter. The battery is portable which means the rider can remove it and take it home to charge it. The company claims a top speed of 60kmph and has a 150kg load bearing capacity. In terms of features, this e-scooter gets a decent list. It gets a four-inch LCD display, regenerative braking, LED headlight and anti-theft smart lock.
Currently, this company has an extremely small presence in the country. So there’s hardly any sales dealership for this brand. That means, acquiring the ETrance Neo is going to be a difficult affair.

I purchased Neo Trance from kk trader Bhubaneswar..literally threw my money into a dustbin after 9000km of riding it stopped charging they said the charger was not working then they said the battery was defective and asked 55k for new batteries..now my scooter dumped don't buy from this company ...ev is nothing but scam govt has no grievance cell to address this type scam

If you buy this EV then your money is wasted, nothing else. There cannot be a worse battery than this.

3. If you buy this EV then your money is wasted, nothing else. There cannot be a worse battery than this. In the name of help, you will get only a contact number for complaints from the showroom but no help. The range of this EV is a maximum of 60 km, don't expect more than that. The battery will show full charge but the scooter may switch off at any time.

Don't burn your money on pure EV

Worst bike ever. I purchased this at SSS Enterprises near Andhra Pradesh. Within in few months dealership closed. After using it for a few plus years battery failed to work. Then I contacted OEM by toll-free number they questioned me about service details I serviced at the dealership after the dealership closed. The OEM person suggested I buy a new battery which cost around 35 to 40 thousand. I request all to don't buy these EVs. You will regret it after 1- 2 years.

Garbage EV

Only one word for such a garbage EV (TOOOH).Within one year and 4 months, the vehicle was with the service people. The battery has a lot of problems and was given for service again now they are not replacing nor returning the old battery. Many people have reported the same issue. It's a defective EV. My request is for all not to think of buying this EV.

Vehicle battery problem, after getting the service, after 50 km reached vehicle stopped. Then I contacted the service centre, but there was no proper response and I will try to contact pure EV toll-free number. it was always busy. Battery sent for company service. after 1 year still now I am not received it. My vehicle getting scrapped without battery. One suggestion for all. Don't buy the Pure EV vehicle. Customer service and Vehicle service are very very poor.
