We have both 4 vehicles before three months ago, our vehicle has run 250 km. We left the vehicle for 1st service they charge me rs.2,000/-. Normal all vehicle companies will give 3 free services but this company doesn’t give a single free service. Please don’t tack this company vehicle anymore. I think so petrol vehicles are cheaper than electric vehicles service. My humble request doesn’t tack this brand vehicle anymore.

I brought it and since then it's just a regret of purchase. After 2 months of usage, the battery doesn't stand more than 20 kilometers. I put the charging for a lot of time but it won't last more than 20 kilometers. Riding and maintenance were okay, but the performance was not good. I suggest not buying it.

Worst experience, do not buy, I would never recommend this to anyone because these are very bad universals. The stupid company never gave you a proper service and dead battery issue. So don't buy it, a waste of money. Service and maintenance are not a good, bad riding experience, don't buy it.

After 3 or 4 months of using this ev, I have faced issues with the battery 2 times, and the service given by the company is totally bad, I won't recommend this bike to anyone as you may face battery issues in the middle of nowhere, and the service support is so bad in Bhubaneswar, it's over a week or two, spending this much money for buying this crap is not worthy.

1. The buying experience was good. I preferred this bike over Hero Electric in this range. That was my big mistake.
2. Riding experience was good for up to 7- 8 months. But after that it starts doing a very good job for example it will stop suddenly when you need more speed to cross the road. And this quality of very good when you are stuck in heavy traffic. Sometimes it will stop at those points where you may have more chances of getting into an accident.
3. Looks are average please don't compare it with Activa. Because they can not compete with ampere because of its poor quality. Ola has a speaker in their scooters but it has " Kahdbad" Sound every time.
4. Servicing this is my favorite. Because only a few cities have it's showroom cum service center. I don't know what they do in servicing. It's a greater quality of service person that you will not feel any difference between before service and after service. A service person may ask you for tips for doing nothing just cleaning your bike. If you tell them about any issue they will ignore you by making some nonsense arguments.

I am using this scooter for 6 months and it is a very good electric scooter, it runs about 100 km on one charge and its speed is 50 to 55 km per hour. I have driven this scooter for more than 6000 kms and haven't done any maintenance on it yet. It looks very nice too and it gets charged in 6 to 7 hours.

I purchased ampere magnus ex on 4 Oct. Six month has already passed. Very good build quality. It will charge in 4-5 hours. On one charge it can run 70-80 km. Its looks like activa. So I think at this price very good decision to take it. Manufactured gives only 3 years and 20000 km warranty. I think km should be increased at least 40000 km. As compared to our scooters as ola, okinawa, ather all are giving 3 year+30 to 40000 km warranty.

Dealer has monopoly in service, they charge Rs 300 but they do nothing. They use wd 40 spray 5-6 time but they charge Rs.80/- and same bottle used for other customers and again they charged Rs.80/- with same bottle. In service they only tighten the screws but they charge Rs 300. If you don't service they said the warranty doesn't cover it. Spare parts are very expensive..
