Check for your priorities and then buy this... Would suggest going for better reliable EV options like tvs iqube, ola or ather If EV is a priority. Or else there r other better options in the market too that are more reliable and provide better comfort rides too. This vehicle is good for kids 15-18 age as no license is required

Never recommend anyone to buy any product of OKINAWA, worlds most 3rd class or in short worst products, no service available in Kolkata. Scooty is full of scrap. Headlight stopped working, lock doesn't works, handle lock doesn't works. Even the Dealer is fed up of this company and leaving the dealership. Within one year battery is down of this scooty and no replacement or service is being provided by the company. It's 6months already gone chasing up with the dealer for the battery service but no response. Never ever by this product...

After-sales service is very bad and the company says that the average for okhi90 is 160 km per charge. However, it actually gives 70 kilometers per charge. But now it is giving 60 kilometers per charge. Even they don't have a service battery. They will give a repair battery after 2 months.

I bought an Okinawa scooter from Excite Motors Vasai East one year ago, purchasing was very easy but after that everything was too drastic. This scooter is not all good for long driving, and if you have any maintenance then it's not in your hands to get the scooter back. its company service is not good at all n also it's servicing for any small thing is can't be done by any other mechanic not even if you want to repair it's break part. For me, my all money is wasted on this bike and now also the bike has not been with me for two months the company service person is not giving my scooter back as I gave it for service and he is continuously saying the parts are not available and continuously giving excuses even by the company also. Need help regarding this.

I owned this for 24 months and my battery got dead. I got 36 months of battery warranty from dealer or company. Now Okinawa company had dealership issues in my area and i cannot claim my warranty, New battery costs 33,000/- . whom should i blame .., company, dealer or me buying this scooter.........
