Worst scooty I have ever seen please do not buy this scooty at any cost it is full of money and wastage all Okinawa products are very poor quality never to buying Okinawa. My scooty battery has also not worked for 6 months and no one will help me in this situation even though service centers are not working in my city Shahjahanpur. Please do not buy Okinawa

I purchased it 6 months. Out of six months last three months it is in the repair center. The battery used is of poor quality and services are also very poor. After purchasing in the first-month complaint to the dealer he told me the original battery was having a problem. After two months again battery gone faulty. Now still from 6th august 2022 to till yet i.E 11th oct 2022 in the repair center now you can think about the services?

Service availably is very poor. Dealer change the service center. Service center take long time for service. Road assistance only for scooter pick up and not service. No respect from service center. No response from service center. Service cost 1500 rupees and may be more. This is scooter not recommend when rain environment.

Looks pretty good. But other things are horrible.
Main thing it claims 60km per charge but drain out after 30 to 35 kms.
On one to hear your voice, sub dealer, main dealer customer care all are just ignore you after selling it. Cheap plastic material used.
No space in dickey. Never purchase okinawa..

Service and maintenance are very poor. Don't buy any Okinawa products. Less warranty of parts.
If anything happens to the parts within 1 or 2 years period and if didn't obtain a service scooter they charge you for parts and if you take service then they don't charge for parts. The waiting period for parts is also 10 to 15 days.

Using this vehicle for 14 months owned it on july 2020 for 61,000 inr after that my average is 8km per day since then riding experience is comfortable plastic parts are average quality but not that high or low quality. 35 km per hour is the top speed for first 20km. Ground clearance is less. If 1 person riding this scooter can easily give mileage to 60 or above ( got 68 km riding still 25% left) if two person is riding there must be some changes it will give around 50-55. It consumes 1.36 kwh or 1.36 unit of electricity from 0-100%. I am spending 35 inr for my daily commute in my town. Looks of this vehicle is quite good and headlight which is given by company is not that powerful better to be replaced with led lights. Braking is very powerful.
