Reviews of Okinawa Ridge Plus

I have bought it in the last week of june. Okinawa has given a maximum speed of 55 kmph which was not met till date. the bike is showing 49 kmph as odometer reading, but was actually going at a speed of 39 kmph, which is really cheating. After one month the distributor left the city and there is no service available. Hence, i suggest everyone not to buy okinawa vehicles.

The speed and km is not true what they claim, i have purchased a ridge+ in feb 2019, and have driven around (4600km, as per their reading , actual may be around 3500km ), the speed shows as 55 km/h, but actual speed is 42 (so the bikes max speed is 42 km/h, is speed mode), and in economy mode 31 km (as per meter it shows 40km/h (when the battery is full), for full charge it goes around 60 km (in bangalore traffic) actual may be 45 (they clime is 100 km its fake).

From the get go (received the bike on Nov 11 in 2018) i had trouble with the bike i received. The speedometer went blank in the first week. The times it displayed the speed, there was more than.20% inaccuracy. It showed 35kmph when it reality it struggled to generate 25kmph in eco mode. The battery sensor didn't work so it showed 5 bars even when the battery had completely drained. On top of it, on the best of roads it gave only 50kms per charge. They claim 120km per charge. I wonder if they test on Indian roads. There are better electric bikes coming next year in this segment. Please do not get this scooter. It is like buying a cheap rip off.

The best scooter to buy in today's high petrol pricing day... Very comfortable to ride the bike at least you will be the tension free.Now talking about the pro:-1) no worry about rising petrol price.2) no worry about maintenance of engine like petrol engine.3) accurate meter 4) 0/km effectively saying 5) pollution and noise free operation Cons:-1) not good if your riding distance is above 100 km 2) you need to change the battery after 3-4 years ( approx 30000)3) charging time is about 2-3 hours.

I bought from my nearest dealer at raipur, buying this vehicle is not big issue, vehicle is available and finance options are there. For city ride this is very good vehicle to save money, its run very smooth. Starting torque is not just like petrol scooter, but ok. Seats are comfortable. This vehicle is only for small two tier city. Looks is good , but built quality is average, not possible to compare with activa, as per electrical vehicle its ok, not good. I think you only buy this vehicle when your normal running in a day is approx 50 km.

Far best to buy e-bike for local use. Good riding experience without any noise and air pollution with no servicing and maintenance for lithium ion battery, light weight bike when compare to other petrol bikes. I am using this bike for past 2 months and getting only 70 km of range. Try to figure out with battery issue in future model with exact mileage for single and double persons.

Pathetic ride quality, and pathetic fit and finish of each and every Okinawa e scooty , i regret buying okinawa dual and ridge + , charging takes 3 - 4hrs and gives mileage of not more than 50 - 55km / full charge, each and every part quality is just awful, its not worth even 30k and they sell at more than 80k cheating customers at its best.

Very poor response from dealer and company. Company never responded to my emails. This is the case you can imagine after sales services. Now i lost interest on these scooters. Waiting for other strong players like tvs motors, honda, suzuki, to come into the market. But it will take some more time to come.

The service is worst from dealer, they even dont know how to resolve the complaint, even local mechanic have solved the problem by changing the mcb ,but worst service, and buying experience is also worst, the vehicle also has manufacturing defects if you drive 10 kms the digital meter will show 14 kms and if you ride in 40km per hour speed the digital meter will show you 58 kms speed , they are fraud company worst products chinese,
All body parts are broken with in 20000 kms ,totally worst scooter, i have given 89000 rs for this toy scooter
