Indian Motorcycle initiates ‘Wheels of Change’ at IMRG National ride

As part of it social welfare initiatives Indian Motorcycle undertook the ‘Wheels of Change’ initiative during the third national ride of Indian Motorcycle Riders Group (IMRG) in Coorg, Karnataka which was held from 9th June to 11th June. Under the ‘Wheels of Change’ initiative, the team has donated a desktop computer along with raincoats, educational and food items for girl students of a government school in Galibeedu.  

Pankaj Dubey, Managing Director and Country Head, Polaris India Pvt. Ltd., said that the social initiative gave a greater purpose to the IMRG National Ride. He further added, “Such basic amenities in schools are a necessity in present times, because the students of today will shape the future of the nation. This social activity gave a greater purpose to the IMRG National Ride.” Traversing through towns in Coorg to all the way to Namdroling Monastery, the ride helped the participants bond while giving them new experiences like the transition of the landscape from wild grass to coffee plantations.    

The Indian Motorcycle Riders Group (IMRG) is Indian Motorcycles’ ‘Owner Membership’ platform, where customers of the brand get to be part of a riding group comprised solely of other customers of the brand.
