Latest News about TVS Scooty Zest 110

TVS Motor Company has registered a 46 per cent growth in sales in August, as compared to the corresponding period in 2013. Currently the country’s fourth largest two-wheeler manufacturer, TVS’ growth has been driven mainly by the strong demand for its wide range of scooters, commuter motorcycles as well as three-wheelers.

TVS Motor Company has added another scooter to its range with the launch of the Scooty Zest. It has been priced at Rs 42,300 (ex-showroom Delhi). This makes it the third scooter under the Scooty brand after the Scooty Pep Plus and the Scooty Streak.

At the Delhi Auto Expo earlier this year, TVS had showcased the new Scooty Zest which is a funkier facelifted version of the current Scooty line-up. The company had revealed that the Scooty Zest will go on sale in the second quarter of this fiscal year and now, latest reports suggest that TVS is planning to launch the 110cc scooter on August 20. 

Indian two wheeler giant, TVS, recently launched the new StaR City+ motorcycle for Rs 44,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) to take on the highly competitive commuter segment. At the launch of this new mid-range offering, TVS has revealed that it will mainly focus on strengthening its product range this year. According to the company’s Chairman Venu Srinivasan, TVS will add the new Scooty Zest to its lineup by next month. 

Two camouflaged TVS scooter have been spied testing by a Gaadi reader in South India. One of the test mules is the Neo step thru scooter which is not sold in India but is manufactured in Hosur and is exported to markets like Indonesia.
