    TVS XL EV Summary

    TVS XL EV is expected to launch in India in April 2026 in the expected price range of ₹ 60,000 to ₹ 70,000. Currently available bikes which are similar to XL EV are Kinetic Green E Luna, TVS XL 100 Comfort & TVS XL 100 Heavy Duty.

    TVS recently trademarked the XL EV name for its upcoming electric moped. It is based on the existing XL 100 and will be aimed at utility for deliveries and fleet setups.


    Moreover, the design for the TVS XL EV could be similar to that of its petrol counterpart. However, we expect the electric moped to cost more than the ICE model. That said, it could still be one of the most affordable EVs on sale in India.

      It should run more than 100 km in a single charge, max speed should be around 50-60 km/hr, it should have a lithium-ion battery for power, Full charging time should be 4-5 hrs. This should have a disc. Brake on both wheels, LED front light, anti-theft, and USB charging facility should be there.
