    Well buying was a little hard but i finally got it...Well the bike is a beast..It was a pleasure riding it...The bike is good until now.I have been given free services which will start after a few days..Well i have gone only once in a long ride which is 127 kms at once ..The experience is thrilling.

    Ride is bumpy like riding camel.175 km per charge is false. It seems testing done on machine not on road.Sitting arrangement for driver is worst. Adaptation of all controls like horn , blinker is worst.Suspension is worst experience just line riding bicycle. Loss of money. Worst experience.Look is good and performance is worst. I am worried for battery life.

    Very bad service in Jaipur. I suggest to all my friends to don't buy the bike. Because of many technical errors in the bike.
    If we say to repair it they say to change the bike. This is not fair to the company. I have taken the bike because I belong to a middle-class family so the petrol price is much for me, so I decided to buy the e-bike. But it is much more expensive than petrol. Please don't buy this bike.

    I purchased the okinawa praise the moment it was launched only because i like to help in whatever little way to save the environment.I own electric car revai, i use solar lighting and also solar water heating.Anyway i paid through my nose for the praise 86500 and in just two months the controller failed.Then a month later the mcb failed and they have replaced the mcb twice.The servicing of the scooter takes a minimum 5 to 6 days.The hooter alarm has failed and they have permanently disconnected it as they are fed up of listening to complaints and that too within a year.Now the scooter is one point five years and the front shock absorbers have failed in fact they had failed within one year but they could not get spare parts from the company and i had to wait till now and now i have to pay .The rear brakes have failed they say and have gone rusty and they have to replace the entire assembly.They have raised a bill of 5600 rupees and can you imagine this amount for a one point five year old scooter repairs/servicing.

    I purchased the ridge in march, 2018, in the 9th month (december, 2018) bike needed repairs/replacement of motor, took almost forever to chase the service engineers, but action taken only 6 months after expiry of warranty, and till date i'm still waiting for the scooter to be delivered... August, 2020.

    I have bought 3 months back service center people very rood to the customer when u tell them to do right way then more they will not do the right job I got the third service from service center I can share the picture at the time of delivery they even not clean the scooter, I suggest not but Okinawa company any scooter because of arrogant people at customer service and staff I had a mistake of buying this scooter from this company customer care mail id and call center doesn't respond properly.

    Very bad service. Within one week my battery is down. I was waiting for one week to get my warranty. My insurance is also pending for one month. Don't buy their product. It is from my own experience...
    Please don't buy it. It is my humble request. You will be trapped. It is from my own experience. Customer care not responding.

    Worst service given by patel enterprise dealer, I am facing the problem since 1 month problem is battery over consumption" battery is drained 100 in 36 kilometer only
    I didn't like this vehicle and I won't suggest anyone to buy this product
    And can't even use it anymore, replace me faulty bike.

  • Very poor quality and bad service.

    Very very low-quality scooter.
    I am completely not satisfied with the scooter and service.
    1 - speedometer is totally false. If it shows 50 km/h speed, actually we are on 34 km/h speed. If the meter shows 100 km distance, actually it ran only 68 kms. The company has to call back all scooters and replace the speedometer.
    2 - company says 80-90 kms per charge, it shows 90 kms per charge, but as the speedometer is faulty, your scooter ran only 60 kms per charge. So beware when you go for a 70-80 kms ride.
    3 - disk breaks have noise issues. After 2 weeks I found some kind of noise from disc breaks. I went to a service station and different technicians gave me different conclusions. One said, in the rainy season, there is always noise coming from disk break. Another one said, all disc brake system in the world has noise, but in petrol scooters, it cannot be heard due to engine noise. What the rubbish technicians.
    4 - sock absorbers are of very low quality. Cannot resist riding with a pillion. There is a strange kind of knocking noise from the rear shock absorbers..
    5 - tubeless tyres - they are very poor quality. Once I was going with my wife and suddenly tyre got flat (no puncture). Maybe it left its grip on the drum.
    I do not suggest buying Okinawa in any condition. Waste of money.

    Please don't buy this scooter. I will never recommend this to anybody. Worst customer service. The performance of this vehicle is very bad. They said 3 hours charge can run 100-120 km. But it will never go beyond 65-70 km. No indication or warning for low battery. If any breakdown no immediate assistance.

    Well buying was a little hard but i finally got it...Well the bike is a beast..It was a pleasure riding it...The bike is good until now.I have been given free services which will start after a few days..Well i have gone only once in a long ride which is 127 kms at once ..The experience is thrilling.

    Ride is bumpy like riding camel.175 km per charge is false. It seems testing done on machine not on road.Sitting arrangement for driver is worst. Adaptation of all controls like horn , blinker is worst.Suspension is worst experience just line riding bicycle. Loss of money. Worst experience.Look is good and performance is worst. I am worried for battery life.

    Very bad service in Jaipur. I suggest to all my friends to don't buy the bike. Because of many technical errors in the bike.
    If we say to repair it they say to change the bike. This is not fair to the company. I have taken the bike because I belong to a middle-class family so the petrol price is much for me, so I decided to buy the e-bike. But it is much more expensive than petrol. Please don't buy this bike.

  • Learnt the hard way

    I purchased the okinawa praise the moment it was launched only because i like to help in whatever little way to save the environment.I own electric car revai, i use solar lighting and also solar water heating.Anyway i paid through my nose for the praise 86500 and in just two months the controller failed.Then a month later the mcb failed and they have replaced the mcb twice.The servicing of the scooter takes a minimum 5 to 6 days.The hooter alarm has failed and they have permanently disconnected it as they are fed up of listening to complaints and that too within a year.Now the scooter is one point five years and the front shock absorbers have failed in fact they had failed within one year but they could not get spare parts from the company and i had to wait till now and now i have to pay .The rear brakes have failed they say and have gone rusty and they have to replace the entire assembly.They have raised a bill of 5600 rupees and can you imagine this amount for a one point five year old scooter repairs/servicing.

    I purchased the ridge in march, 2018, in the 9th month (december, 2018) bike needed repairs/replacement of motor, took almost forever to chase the service engineers, but action taken only 6 months after expiry of warranty, and till date i'm still waiting for the scooter to be delivered... August, 2020.

    I have bought 3 months back service center people very rood to the customer when u tell them to do right way then more they will not do the right job I got the third service from service center I can share the picture at the time of delivery they even not clean the scooter, I suggest not but Okinawa company any scooter because of arrogant people at customer service and staff I had a mistake of buying this scooter from this company customer care mail id and call center doesn't respond properly.

    Worst service given by patel enterprise dealer, I am facing the problem since 1 month problem is battery over consumption" battery is drained 100 in 36 kilometer only
    I didn't like this vehicle and I won't suggest anyone to buy this product
    And can't even use it anymore, replace me faulty bike.

  • Very poor quality and bad service.

    Very very low-quality scooter.
    I am completely not satisfied with the scooter and service.
    1 - speedometer is totally false. If it shows 50 km/h speed, actually we are on 34 km/h speed. If the meter shows 100 km distance, actually it ran only 68 kms. The company has to call back all scooters and replace the speedometer.
    2 - company says 80-90 kms per charge, it shows 90 kms per charge, but as the speedometer is faulty, your scooter ran only 60 kms per charge. So beware when you go for a 70-80 kms ride.
    3 - disk breaks have noise issues. After 2 weeks I found some kind of noise from disc breaks. I went to a service station and different technicians gave me different conclusions. One said, in the rainy season, there is always noise coming from disk break. Another one said, all disc brake system in the world has noise, but in petrol scooters, it cannot be heard due to engine noise. What the rubbish technicians.
    4 - sock absorbers are of very low quality. Cannot resist riding with a pillion. There is a strange kind of knocking noise from the rear shock absorbers..
    5 - tubeless tyres - they are very poor quality. Once I was going with my wife and suddenly tyre got flat (no puncture). Maybe it left its grip on the drum.
    I do not suggest buying Okinawa in any condition. Waste of money.

    Please don't buy this scooter. I will never recommend this to anybody. Worst customer service. The performance of this vehicle is very bad. They said 3 hours charge can run 100-120 km. But it will never go beyond 65-70 km. No indication or warning for low battery. If any breakdown no immediate assistance.
