I visited Yelahanka showroom for service, the best part is it was serviced on time and giving me more knowledge on ev scooters was the best part, which has helped me in getting good range and good expirence to ride scooter at different road conditions, as I stay in 1st floor removable battery is a plus point.

It's an amazing experience with Infinity E1.
The Swappable battery is too good a Feature in a bike that is much more affordable. Infinity e.1 has Battery Removal and Charging wherever you want, just like a Power Bank for your mobile. This is the future of urban mobility. Definitely recommended to Urban users! ;)

worst service, after buying the bike you are never able to connect o customer care, and no one responds about your issues.
in the last year, 2 times Bike stopped in the middle of the road and dint get service.
it was a very worst experience. don't buy this bike.
all the employees are left, and new people are not at all responding.
gave for service and nothing was done just returned in the evening.

Experience has been extremely disappointing. Possibly my worst service experience for any vehicle that I have owned. My bike has just run about 1500 kms and already had a battery problem. What is worse is that it took 3-4 days for the service person to take the battery and tell me there is a problem. I have to atleast call 8-10 times to get to know what is happening with the battery. It's been more than 2 weeks since the bike has stopped working and still no communication from your team. If you don't know how to service pls don't go ahead and start a bike company. Really upset with the experience.

I purchased my scooter from BTM, Bangalore, in October 2022. It is a good scooter, but the service is terrible; they only focus on sales rather than customer needs, and once a deal is made, they don't respond properly. The scooter I was driving at 980 km started giving trouble after one rain. Anytime I called and asked them to update the bounce software, they did not. Due to the rain, the batteries were not charging, so they wouldn't respond properly. After 7 days, someone called and said to go to the nearest showroom, which is 36 kilometers away from my house. I went and gave them my battery, and they said it would take more than 10 to 15 days to return. Still waiting.

Very good experience, suitable for daily commute within the city. All practical scooters. The buying experience was good at the Bangalore dealership. Will definitely suggest and recommend this to daily commuters. They are 5 colors, red is the best, looks apart from the others. Appreciate the team.
