Very pathetic service bike quality they lie about the battery performance and quality and do not go for this bike at all. Very bad quality very bad performance service is not good suspension not good even the person who designed this bike must have smoked something and not have a basic knowledge of suspension and quality.

Buying experience makes the customer fool as they tell that the scooter rides 100 km in full charge which is a big lie and never touches the speed of 60km/hr. Riding is very noisy the screws get loose after some time and make noise. Maintenance is cheap but very frequent. Battery service is also very poor.

It looks are absolutely super
But the servicing is very bad i rate 0/10 its very worst
I did not get any subsidy for this bike
The advantage of the bike is that we can take out the battery and charge it seperately

Don't buy this scooty waste of money and low build quality am using this scooty service center people also not responding to my scooty battery is a problem. The showroom is closed, I am contacting the Telangana distributor they have said no service for the batteries. Don't purchase, they are only selling these bikes with no response to customers.

I bought this scooter with good intentions but no proper service and miss behave with customers and bad quality materials I used this scooter only 6 months I went repair for 15 times because of bad quality don't buy this electric scooter the worst experience I have used this bike no service o customer feedback.

Hopelessly bad bike.....The service of the dealer is pathetic. Waste of money. My bike had a fall on the road when a dog crossed suddenly. It has been given to the showroom for repairs and has been lying there unattended for the last month. The dealer does not have a conveyance to send the bike to the workshop. The charger conked off within one month. A used charger was given which also could not survive for 15 days. The dealer replaces it with a new one and asks us to purchase a new charger in case it stops again and no guarantee can be claimed. It's complete cheating and a waste of money buying this bike.

You cannot ride a bike after 1 year, servicing is too bad, believe me, parts are too bad. Not long-lasting. Request you not to go for this bike. Worst servicing as they don’t have the right staff to provide servicing. The other problem is the staff’s attitude, I reached out to the country head for servicing which was a disaster.

Still complaints charging issue and anti theft mood complaint and over jerking and very poor quality shocks and when i call to service center and ask my problems they said just come to service center and we will check. They can't come to address or my location to fix this. My home and service center distance 25 km

skip china's brands and go to big brands that can stay/active in the market to better assistance of customers.
After one year of indicators, switch/gear/lamp switch everything not working. The key sensor also poor battery is good enough. The battery is jumping while driving.
