    Ram Sravan

    Super classy bike but locating the showroom was actually a tough job. Pros quick acceleration, fast-changing, in the budget, quit, lightweight and jurk free. Cons unable to find showroom and service centres, no touch screen cluster display, no rear wheel disk. Better encouragement for electric bikes.

    Gaurav

    Within a month chassis got break in the middle of the road in 1 month of time I only got 15-20 days to use vehicle other than that it only stands on service center sometimes chassis upgrade. it upgrade in simple language it's repair then indicator bulb changed and now whole chassis changes within a month toy of 103500 rupees. If you plan to buy please use it with carefully.

    Professionalism in the dealings of both company and showroom staff felt very poor. Service experience is also poor, other than that everything is great. I am using it for the last one month. When contacted the company and the show room for service both of them are poor in attending my case. Company contacted me after one week and the showroom authorities behave like their duty is over once its delivered!

    I asked this company owner from only
    50 rs. Discount...
    The suddenly he remove key from scooty..
    My scooty service bill 1300.rs.
    I paid 1250..I ask friendly for 50 rs. Discount. That time there owner very badly behavior with me
    And this owner remove key from my scooty...
    They told me if you never pay 50. Rupees
    We will never give your scooty key 🔑
    There service is very third class
    I told everyone for this
    company service
    I never recommended to buy Benling any products

    I bought my aura on 14 Dec 2021, the look is good and the initial pick is super. The suspension is so stiff, that I have back pain for 4 months. The dealer is so rude and the service center has no parts, the battery is dead. My aura is stopped in the middle of the road, so I called RSA, but no response for a customer.

    Bike is not of very good build quality. It is very bad and service is horrible. I am tired of its service center's service. They don't have any knowledge and not taking care of customer's bikes. Bike suspension is also bad. I am worried about its future. Many other company provides more better service than benling aura. Its just good in looks but when you start using it it becomes khatara and makes too much sound

    Worst vehicle, don't waste your money. The service center is not properly doing and also the service technician is not picking up calls. So many problems I found switches are not working properly.No in space to keep the helmet. So I am saying go for other electric bikes one service technician was the worst fellow not picking up the phone.

    Buying experience is ok. Riding is also ok. but when come to service show room people not supporting some times power will cut down while riding and key socket is dead its not working front n back shock observers are very low quality its giving so much of problems while riding... They are only interested in selling when it come to service they are not responding. I am not happy with this bike.

    Very pathetic service bike quality they lie about the battery performance and quality and do not go for this bike at all. Very bad quality very bad performance service is not good suspension not good even the person who designed this bike must have smoked something and not have a basic knowledge of suspension and quality.

    Buying experience makes the customer fool as they tell that the scooter rides 100 km in full charge which is a big lie and never touches the speed of 60km/hr. Riding is very noisy the screws get loose after some time and make noise. Maintenance is cheap but very frequent. Battery service is also very poor.

    Within a month chassis got break in the middle of the road in 1 month of time I only got 15-20 days to use vehicle other than that it only stands on service center sometimes chassis upgrade. it upgrade in simple language it's repair then indicator bulb changed and now whole chassis changes within a month toy of 103500 rupees. If you plan to buy please use it with carefully.

They are only interested in selling when it come to service they are not responding. I am not happy with this bike.

    Very pathetic service bike quality they lie about the battery performance and quality and do not go for this bike at all. Very bad quality very bad performance service is not good suspension not good even the person who designed this bike must have smoked something and not have a basic knowledge of suspension and quality.

  • A poorest e scooter

    Buying experience makes the customer fool as they tell that the scooter rides 100 km in full charge which is a big lie and never touches the speed of 60km/hr. Riding is very noisy the screws get loose after some time and make noise. Maintenance is cheap but very frequent. Battery service is also very poor.
