Triumph Tiger 800 XR Expert Opinion

  • Good Things

    • Likes to be ridden on the corners
    • 800cc motor is quite refined and potent
    • Decent amount of safety electronics
  • Could be Better

    • Windscreen is small
    • Front suspension isn’t adjustable
    • Limited service reach

BikeWale's Take

The Tiger 800 XR is a touring version of the XC variant. The bike is equipped with 19-inch alloy wheel at the front, and some decent amount of safety electronics like ABS and traction control system. Plus, with the option of having adjustable seat height, it is quite practical for the Indian roads. However, the windscreen could have been larger and made long distance touring more comfortable.
