The Aprilia Storm 125 is based on the SR125 and was first showcased at the 2018 Auto Expo. It will finally be officially launched in India on 30 May.

Aprilia’s soon-to-be launched scooter, the Storm 125 has been spotted for the first time in a production form. This 125cc scooter will be officially launched in the next few days, and will be priced at Rs 65,000 (ex-showroom Delhi). 

Besides the usual spy shots and prospective launch updates surfacing, two-wheeler manufacturers hiked the prices of their products due to the start of the new financial year and some other reasons.

The yellow Aprilia test mule resembles the Storm 125 which was showcased by the company during the 2018 Auto Expo. However, the sticker on the front apron reads ‘BS VI 160’ which suggests that this could be an updated version of the Aprilia SR150 which is powered by a 154.8cc engine.
