Tips for Yamaha FZ S FI

I got this bike in 2021, and buying it was a little bit easier as compared to others.
Most of the time, riding will be smooth, you won't feel too much heat, and you can ride up to 250km in a day by giving your engine an interval of rest.
If you want an instant throttle response bike under 1.5 lakh, go for this bike (FZ V3). You can easily push till 80 without even stressing the engine, and the suspension and brake work great. and looks like an average bike not an eye-catching bike, and a blacked-out bike looks better than the other two colors.
Service and maintenance will cost you around 1000 rupees. and you will get the first 5 free services.
    pros:
    1. great bike for 1.5lakh
    2. cheap service and less maintenance
    3. gives great mileage for a 150cc engine
4.13bhp power is enough for city purpose
    cons:
    1. panel gaps and build quality isn't that great.
    2. Battery issues due to a fake Chinese battery that has been installed on the bike.

Oil change is done after every 2500 km, and chain tightening will be included in general service, but look for the battery; they will install an off-brand, non-trusted, low-powered battery.

The buying experience was good, the process was fast. The bike feels good in corners, there is i small problem while downshifting the gears faster, it doesn't feel smooth. The power is good, mileage is also good between 40-45 km. Servicing is also not costly. Front abs also works fine no issues in that part.

The buying experience is good but the service cost is too high in Yamaha showrooms. Riding experience is awesome. You can't expect top speed on this bike. But cruising at 100kmph is good on this bike. So you can take it for long rides with the proper gaps. Odometer - 35k kms. Looks is not so aggressive but feels like riding a big bike. I changed the 140/60 to 140/70 section tire for more grip after a 25k km ride. Servicing and maintenance costs are low when you are not servicing in showrooms. Mileage, Safety, Riding quality, Engine Reliability. Plastic quality is not good, Top speed is low. (You can achieve 120kmph but a lot of effort is needed)

Excelling riding, and smooth engine. As Yamaha is known for its engines. You will get a reliable and smooth motor. You will get a fun-to-ride bike..Price tag is comparable with other bikes in this segment. Good power-to-weight ratio. Service cost is a bit higher than the performance-oriented bike. Mileage is lesser than Honda. The pillion rider seat is not comfortable. Go for long rides with this bike.

I had a good experience with this bike as I used to travel once every two weeks from Delhi to Agra. It gives good mileage. This bike has a digital meter. And the look of this bike in Balck mate is too awesome. This bike always gives comfort to the rider. But for more than 4 hours ride. You have to give some time to yourself and the bike to gather energy. My overall experience with this bike is good.

I owned this bike with its look and ride. Really I love to ride my bike as it is smooth and runs like a cheetah. I will suggest any of my friend who wants to buy the bike to go with Yamaha. At first, my look was with some other bike, but when I looked at this bike, really surprised by its look, and the ones I ride.

    Ajay Kumar S

This is the best bike for those who are looking at the 150cc segment because in this you will get an amazing riding experience and wonderful mileage, I got 53km mileage before 1st service after 1st service I'm getting 55km mileage in the city, we can expect more on highway rides. I got the bike delivered on September 15th, till now I haven't had any major issues with the bike, just I had a minor issue while shifting the gear was hard then I took the bike to the service center they cleared the issue in 5min, I was happy for the response.
    Pros:
Mileage: If you don't do any stunts or any modification like exhaust change then you will definitely get above 55kmpl.
Comfort: I had traveled 430 km in a single stretch with a 45-minute break in the middle, and I didn't get any back and neck pain.
Maintenance: The bike has less maintenance and it took me to spend 1011 rupees on my 1st service.
Price: In the 150cc segment, this bike has the best price, For me it costs 160000 on the road price.
    Cons:
Suspension: It has a monoshock Suspension, The Rider will not feel any issues with Suspension but the person sitting at the back of the seat will feel there is no Suspension in the bike.
Speed: If you are a speed lover then you will be disappointed with this bike because this bike will reach 80kmph easily but after 80kmph the bike struggles to reach 100kmph and still struggle to reach 115kmph.
Overall according to me if I give the rating I will neglect the cons because there are more pros and give 9/10.

Every time I mount my Yamaha, a wave of exhilaration courses through me. Its sleek design paired with that unmatched power captures the essence of freedom in its purest form. The road becomes not just a stretch of asphalt, but a canvas upon which memories are painted, adventures are charted, and stories are written. The gentle purr of the engine is a melody that evokes a sense of home, while the wind rushing past is a testament to the speed and thrill. There might be many bikes in the world, but for me, my Yamaha stands unparalleled. It's more than just a mode of transport; it's a loyal companion on every journey, a testament to my passions, and unequivocally, the bike I cherish the most.

  • "Yamaha FZS FI V3: The Ultimate 150cc Choice - Unveiling the Mileage Marvel"
