The buying experience was excellent and was everything you could expect and the riding experience was good it has a nice suspension and excellent brakes and the downside the build quality is very poor in the first four months of owning it it had a serious engine problem ( the oil was leaking out of the engine) so i took it to the service center and they were like ok sir we will do something about it . They themselves were not sure what to do and it took them 3 days and they only temporarily fix the oil leakage with an "m-seal" .The bike has a fiber body and the tank panels are built very poorly. I had to replace both left and right tank panels after i drove over a pot- hole once . I would not recommend this bike at all.
Best Bike for Daily Ride – Stylish, Comfortable & Reliable

I have been riding the Yamaha FZ-S FI and my overall experience has been excellent. The bike looks premium and muscular, making it stand out on the road. It is very comfortable for daily commuting as well as weekend rides. The engine is smooth, refined, and offers good mileage with enough power for city use. The braking and handling are confident, and the riding posture is comfortable even on long rides. Maintenance costs are reasonable, and Yamaha's service quality has been satisfactory. If you service the bike on time and keep the tyre pressure and engine oil in check, it performs very well. Overall, the Yamaha FZ-S FI is a reliable, stylish, and fuel-efficient bike that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a practical and premium commuter motorcycle.

refined and give quick pickup with less vibration. Bikes like the R15 and MT-15 are especially loved by college students and bike enthusiasts because they provide a racing feel on normal roads. Yamaha also uses modern technology in its bikes, including fuel injection systems, digital meters, LED lights, and ABS safety features.Another positive point is mileage. Yamaha bikes provide decent fuel efficiency compared to other sports bikes. The FZ series is very comfortable for daily use and gives good mileage for city riding. The seats are comfortable, and the suspension system handles rough roads properly. Yamaha bikes also have attractive body graphics.

Simple & Reliable Japanese Engine inside and Stylish design from outside
31 weeks ago
Supratim Patra
Owning this bike more than 5years, no issues observed from the engine till now. But some other things like tyres, chains, front wheel telescopic suspensions, break pads etc. needs proper maintenance, otherwise you will be in trouble, and yamaha spare parts are expensive. Ride Quality/Performance/Handling- Good enough for city and occasional long ride. you can cruise it on 75-80kmph, but after 90 it is not comfortable for you and the engine also. High speed stability is very good thanks to the fat tyres, but the rear break is not good at all, although the front break is the best and gives you confidence, cornering is also felt nice againg for the 140 section tyre.Design(headlight,seating,practicality)- Yamaha bikes are also known for its versatile design, no diffierence from this model also, the FZ design is still looks classy and modern and new after being in the market for around 7 years, but in case of practicality the inclined and wide tank is not at all commuter friendly, we indians allways used to carry bags in the handle and also take backpack in the front resting it on the tank which is quite difficult with this. The seat is single seat which is good for a commuter bike as our family members can easily hop on, so the practicality of the seat is good. The headlights are also looks fancy but power of the led is not great, its average. Switchs are decent but lacks in features, and also the instrument cluster is just gives you basic speedo rpm and odo thats it other infos like trip1 & 2 and time are also visible but you have press the button which is placed left side of the instrument cluster, also a eco indicator is there where you can trace that are you ridieng the bike calmly or you stressing it. Goods- 1)The engine itself- is smooth, reliable and gives you good mileage under economic riding.2) Comfort and handling is good.3)Suspension is great, but trippling or over weight will not be helpful.4)Front Breaks works really good.5)Lightweight in the segment which makes it good for manoeuvring in many difficult situations.Bads- 1)The engine itself- besides all the good thing the engine feel less powerful in higher rpm, actuallly its not that good in low rpm also, due to lightweight it feels the low end torque is good, but all the 12/13bhp comes it the mid-range.2)Spare Parts are expensive.3)Rear breaks sucks, no feeling of bite in high speed.4)Headlight is average.5) Too many plastic parts used. some plastic fittings are not perfect.6) The mirrors does not cover all the area.

I chose Yamaha FZ due to the bike body style and of course for the Yamaha brand. The Bike comes with good mileage and riding on this bike is also comfortable. Exhaust sound is good and one thing about this bike which is different from other 150 cc bikes is the mileage and maintenance which is very cost effective.Overall the ride is positive as the seats are comfortable within city ride. The long ride becomes difficult for the person who is seating on the back due to the seat density. Bike pickup is very poor, this is the biggest con.

Great bike for 150cc variant

I chose Yamaha FZ due to the bike body style and of course for the Yamaha brand. The Bike comes with good mileage and riding on this bike is also comfortable. Exhaust sound is good and one thing about this bike which is different from other 150 cc bikes is the mileage and maintenance which is very cost effective.Overall the ride is positive as the seats are comfortable within city ride. The long ride becomes difficult for the person who is seating on the back due to the seat density. Bike pickup is very poor, this is the biggest con.

Best Bike for Daily Ride – Stylish, Comfortable & Reliable
2 weeks ago
Shourav Kumar

Nice bike

refined and give quick pickup with less vibration. Yamaha bikes also have attractive body graphics.

it's been 5 year I been using this bike. the ride runs smoothly and comfort.till today I ride it for 44000km..it's good for long drive also......the problems in this bike is mud guard design need to change. in rainy season the mud from rain reaches the pillion seat....and the tank joins need to improve. The mileage of the bike is 40-42 in high speed. Is economy it give 50-55 I think..but I always ride fast...Comfy seats...in 70s speed long drive is great..above 95 there is a little vibration.

The Yamaha FZS is a well-rounded street motorcycle that blends sporty styling, refined performance, and everyday practicality, making it a popular choice among Indian riders. Yamaha has focused on delivering a bike that feels premium while remaining reliable and economical for daily use, and I loved it.

Yamaha fz all version review 2009 to 2026.... guys just grab.. best bike of year

I own this bike and just blast in style. and power even in the rainy season, the bike's kick start works well justPerfect for all seasons. and give you vibes of faster feels, make you lord of the street. Believe me guys, as I am giving this review after so many years I owned the fz16 old 2008 model n now the new one is also better and better.Good things.Style> as other companies not upto the mark, right. Frm fz16Powerful> Yamaha claims powerfull engine its realPowerpack performance engine. Cool. N well maintain by Yamaha.Performance> many bikes I have used, but in the rainy season, only Yamaha can make you happy in perfomance in mudy road.Wiring n automobile> Yamaha wiring inside with automobiles works for many years, no work needed after even 15 to 18 years... as my experience. Last mileage> depends on the road, like highways, it gives 40 to 45Even 50. And normal road, its give 35 to 38 easily. Bad road its gives you reliability. Bad things. > well it depends on person to person. Seating arrangement. Too high on the road, get sleepy on the seat towerd petrol tank sometimes.Solution is just customise your seat frm seat cover shopRest is good, that's why yamaha still in the market. A little costly. But come on, its lord of the Street. But in festivalOffer n other offers r there no worry. Price gets cheaper
