Reviews of UM Renegade Commando

Look-wise very good and stylish cruiser bike. Most comfortable i ever feel while raiding almost 400 km in a day, engine capacity is really high and felt great to have bike like this. Colour and look is very unique it’s one of the coolest cruiser bike. Planing to buy for me now enough time have spend on friends bike now it’s time to come with class for me.

This review is a continuation to one which i had posted 8 months ago.Now my bike started to going off every 2 kms while riding for which i have send to repair in um service centre, um r&d dept & um factory but still they failed to fix after 5-10 times visit. i got a call from um stating that they will provide me replacement with carburettor model which will launch next month as company had no refund policy on faulty products. Finally i decided to move to consumer court.

Booked during auto expo, for the looks and specs price is ok, but problem started after 2nd service. It has been 2 years since i owned.Pathetic service, poor build quality, not worth the price, suitable for long ride but very few service centres so totally risky business.Not recommended until they tie up with some established companies for service. Parts are also not available easily.Service centre guys don't know about the bike, Just do oil change, no problems will be resolved by them.

Not only looks taking this bike was one of the best decision of my life. Has everything already inbuilt and till now i haven't faced any con. Thanks for making such bikes .My buying experience was little hectic but cannot complain being in such big level will obviously delay the booking.My riding experience was very well but the only problem i faced was the overheating.I have seen people criticising but if they go in depth they will understand.Comparing this bike with royal enfield thank god i chose this not only the look also in everything. Now wherever i go people see my bike and assume very prices of there own.Service has no comparison and i just love it . Appreciation for um and uml for such great production and making India grow and proud #makemyindia.

My experience with this bike has been pretty amazing. I love bikes and i was looking for an affordable cruiser within the price range of 2 lakhs and then someone recommended me this bike. Totally loving it till now, perfect for the Indian roads. Plus the services are amazing, so i would recommend you guys to go for it.

Very worst bike. Performance is very poor . Completely not comfortable for city ride . Only for long ride because of engine was very heat while riding in the city. And very hot air produced from the radiator . In this case after riding 10 mins in the city . We are unable to hold our legs with food rest or ground very hot air produced. Engine and extra fittings like plastic parts are very heated. I think it will fire 2 hours continuously running in the city. Waste of oil cooled engine. Waste of money . Not worthy so please any one do not buy this bike. Please don’t buy.

Very good bike for... Bike lovers. Low maintenance bike attractive looks like harley davidson good performance like ktm duke. Good metal body. Low on maintain. Cheap parts. Good after sale service. Good highway stability nice breaking low on vibration on high speeds jerk free comfortable to ride all day.

There are issues with the bike hardware. In first year i faced issues like dead battery, rust in bolts, over heating, etc. And that time they said they will replace but those parts were out of stock so after couple of months they replaced those parts. After replacement of parts i'm facing following issues: 1) head light is too low and you cant see anything on road until you press and hold pass. When reported this to service center they suggested to modify the head light with an extra button and white lamp (chargeable).2) still the facing the battery dead issue and they don't cover rsa after an year or purchase. They wont charge the battery on service until you ask for it explicitly. 3) still getting the frost in speedometer. Service manager said we have to put mseal to fix it and i should have informed first hand. I bought it for occasional rides but it's like whenever i plan there's some issue with it. It's been more than 1.5 years and i couldn't ride more than 4500 km. Engine is so far good, pickup and mileage are also fine.

1.Bike looks okay but the back front headlights commando plate is spoiling the front look totally it must be improved as black version

2.Petrol tank cap is located worst, because its totally stands outside it must be moulded with tank

3.Bike looks very nice with black version

Takes place in auto expo but the released model makes more disappointment
