You Never Know

The gear shifting initially is very hard but after the first service it gets smoother and performance is very good in the city and at highways. I have a Yezdi Adventure too v Strom's better than the Yezdi as it's a smaller engine and gives more mileage compared to the Yezdi but it's not suitable for extreme offroad pretty decent power which is sufficient for city and highways and decent mileage at both.

The buying experience was decent. Although, the showroom didn't give me a good deal and hadn't completed the promises still I was in love with the bike so I purchased it from them anyway. Riding experience is the ultimate to date. I have ridden 1700km and done my first service. I am getting good mileage, did an 800 km return trip with luggage and it was a comfortable ride both for rider and the pillion. Looks are awesome. Many eyes turn around when the bike passes or in a parking lot. It gives a big bike feel. Servicing is an area that is debatable. I did my first service but I think Suzuki's service centers need improvements. I have read reviews about Suzuki's service centers and I felt those are pretty true. However, the dealer is renowned and premium in my city so their customer service is good and responsive. Handling ( except left-hand side pulling, which has a solution but my service center does not know). Mileage, Seat comfort, and Headlight (compared to others in the segment) look very good. No heating issue. Maintenance cost. Need more initial torq. Side mirrors. The visor is a bit small. The exhaust note and its position bit awkward. The horn is loud but very scootish sound. The headlight throw is a bit awkward. The hazard light is missing. It should be included as it is a touring machine. After-sales service.

Most underrated adventure bike in 250-300cc segment

1. Suzuki doesn't promote this bike the way it should be.
2. No vibration at all. In highway 90-110 you can cruise with ease. No vibration was felt at my feet or hand during my Kolkata Sikkim Bhutan circuit. Am 5ft 11 and am comfortable with the seating posture.
Pros
1. Can take to Leh, Sikkim with no problem. Ground clearance is very good. No issues with off-road.
2. No vibration. Comes with a charging port and the instrument cluster is average. Comfortable seats and sitting posture are very good for long rides.
3. Lights are very good. Still suggest adding extra lights for long rides at night.
4. Have the rack space for the top box.
5. Mileage is 35-40 depending upon how you throttle, and terrain.
6. Cooling system is absolutely spot on. No heat at all coming from the engine in your long rides.
7. Servicing cost is cheap and parts are generally available.
Cons
1. Horn is very bad
2. Side Stand footing is small. Buy an extender.
3. Higher turning radius.
4. No RSA provided by Suzuki.

I went for a gixxer 250 and bought this the moment I saw it.
1. Excellent smooth engine with mileage ranging from 33-52kmpl.
2. Effortless cruise capability at 100-115 mph for extended hours.
3. No heating issues and performance drop after long runs.
4. Very reasonable service cost.
5. Acceleration is not frightening but enough to take most bikes in the category.
6. Bit tall for me and not clickable. Being a short rider it makes me sweat in city riding but I am getting along with that. On the highway, I can travel 300 km straight and go for work without any fatigue.
7. A no-regret bike to own.
