Bike ko 1 year hua leke half year me hi uska charger kharab Ho gya aur service station me bike diya to charger Badal ke bhi nahi de rahe hai Itna costly bike lene ke bad 1 year me bike ka belt 2 bar tut gya highly recommend ki Ola electric scooter mat lo service ke nam par lut rahe hai aur no response 8 month me to charger kharab ho gya to bola it’s working it means customer jhuth bol raha hai

Never buy ola

Ola service = disaster. My scooter has been lying unrepaired for 2 months in Ahmedabad. Thousands of scooters same, no spares, staff are irresponsible, fights happen daily, and unnecessary part changes. Never trust Ola. No one is responsible for the service. All service centers are full of faulty vehicles.

I genuinely like the vehicle itself—it's efficient, eco-friendly, and a joy to ride—I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service. Unfortunately, the service experience has been nothing short of frustrating. u literally have to beg for ur own ev "Plz Repair 🙏". They will treat u like a slave, if ev gets any problem u should forget it for the next 1 month, there service is terrible, worst, GHATIYA. Good Product is Garbage without service

As it was easy to buy it as many options such as finance and just book the vehicle and will be delivered but issues with plastic parts and the front suspension as it has an oil leak problem and the whole extremely hot condition display will be blank and you need to restart it also while raining brakes will not be up to mark service was average and parts cost was more when. Compared to competitors when roads are bad you may notice sounds as plastic clips may break and you need to change the whole thing such as the side body for one plastic clip so think about build quality and you need to pay money for updates also so think about it also warranty was use less when compared to ather.

Dual purposes scooter

You can use this scooter for daily purposes and also for emergencies if your scooter is in full charge. The brakes are very good, the Shock absorbers are only average, Motor pick-up and speed of the scooter are unbelievable. When coming to range in normal mode you can drive up to 100 - 110 Km at the speed of 50 - 60 kmph. In ECO mode you can get up to 130 km.

Very hi-tech, good performance but needs lots of improvement.

If you like to use technology with performance, this is the best. I use all the features like a proxy sensor, geofence, etc and I must say Ola did a great job with it. If I talk about the performance then it's outstanding thanks to modes like sports and hyper. I am a little bit disappointed by the build quality. Also at higher speeds, it doesn't give the confidence and on a wet surface, it slips.

Best scooter ever

It is a very good scooter ever my friend has had this for the last year and I am riding his scooter it gives us a better range and 120 kmph high speed. We are satisfied with this speed and range. It also has a lot of features. And its speakers are also very nice and it has enough sound quality. Swift to Ola

Costly vehicle and spares, poor service

Worst vehicle....1. Costly vehicle and spare.2. No service or poor service 3. Should pay for charging at ₹3 for 1%4. The Vehicle takes more than 6 hours to charge. If you are in an emergency, you should wait. Not like petrol vehicles... Fill and ride in 2 minutes.If anyone is interested in buying my vehicle, I will sell it for half the price.

Very bad service , bad experience.

Bought Ola S1 pro 2nd gen in 2023. The scooter has a touch screen complaint. 1st complaint at 4000 miles and 2nd at 9000. Under warranty. We have to take the vehicle to the service station at our expense. At normal rides, mileage is only 110 km at full charge. I paid 168000.00 and going through this trouble. With my bad experience I don't recommend this Scooter and please don't waste your money, Thank you.
