Not that it needed it – it still has the tractable liquid-cooled 649cc, parallel-twin engine that produces 67.4bhp and 64Nm of torque. It also retains the adjustable suspension, with the preload and rebound-adjustable front and preload-adjustable rear. It still retains 17-inch alloy wheels with road-biased tyres. Spoked rims and dual-sport tyres are not an option. The electronics suite consists of fuel injection and ABS.

    Versys 650 is a complete package bike. Suits my height (i'm 5.11) so no issues on the seat height. Very comfortable seating position and suspension setup which are the two most important aspect for touring bike. The ride quality is very good and can take you to serious
