The Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX is a sports tourer motorcycle from the Japanese manufacturer that uses a supercharged engine. The motorcycle uses a 998cc, inline four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with a supercharger. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, the supercharged motor produces a healthy 197.2bhp of maximum power at 11,000rpm and 137.3Nm of peak torque at 8,500rpm. The gearbox benefits from an assist and slipper clutch mechanism and a bidirectional quickshifter.
The motorcycle is already available in select international markets where it is sold in a single paint option – Emerald Blazed Green/Metallic Diablo Black/Metallic Graphite Grey. It gets a full-fairing design, a tall windscreen, a muscular fuel tank, a step-up seat, and a side-slung exhaust.
The feature list on the Ninja H2 SX comprises full-LED lighting, cornering lights, a 6.5-inch colour-TFT display, Bluetooth connectivity, tyre pressure monitoring system, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot detection, Kawasaki intelligent anti-lock brake system, engine brake control, launch control, traction control, power modes, vehicle hold assist, forward collision alert, and emergency stop signal. It also gets the Kawasaki Intelligent Proximity Activation Start System.
The suspension setup on the Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX comprises 43mm inverted front forks and a gas-charged rear monoshock. The setup at the front is adjustable for rebound and compression damping and spring preload. The rear features compression (high/low-speed) and rebound damping and remote spring preload adjustability. The braking tasks are handled by twin 320mm discs with dual radial-mount, monobloc, opposed four-piston callipers at the front and a single 250mm rotor with a two-piston calliper at the back.
