The Kawasaki Z900 has long been the "Goldilocks" of the supernaked world—not too small, not too intimidating, but packing enough punch to keep seasoned riders grinning. For 2026, Kawasaki has polished this beast, ensuring it remains a dominant force in the middleweight-plus category.Performance & EngineAt the heart of the Z900 lies the legendary 948cc inline-four engine. Producing roughly 123.6 bhp and 98.6 Nm of torque, the power delivery is remarkably linear. While some competitors feel peaky, the Z900 offers a thick mid-range that makes overtakes effortless. The 2026 model benefits from a 16% bump in fuel efficiency and refined electronic throttle valves, making the connection between your wrist and the rear tire feel more telepathic than ever. Tech & FeaturesThe biggest leap forward is in the electronics suite. The addition of a 6-axis IMU has finally brought the Z900 into the modern era with:Cornering ABS and Traction Control: Enhancing safety during spirited rides.Bidirectional Quickshifter: Standard for 2026, allowing for seamless, clutchless shifts. Cruise Control: A welcome addition for those highway stretches between the twisties.5” TFT Display: Now featuring turn-by-turn navigation via the Rideology app. Handling & ErgonomicsThe "Sugomi" styling remains aggressive, but the ergonomics are surprisingly approachable. With a seat height of 830 mm, it’s accessible for many riders, though its 212 kg kerb weight reminds you that this is a substantial machine. The trellis frame and adjustable suspension provide a planted feel, though the stock settings lean toward "plush"—perfect for city commuting but benefiting from a few clicks of preload for track days.

It's a superbike that not everyone can own; it's typically owned by wealthy individuals. The bike's design is stunning, and its speed and performance are top-notch. When you ride this bike, people will come to take pictures of it. As the owner, please respect the bike and don't damage it just for views or likes on social media.

Riding the Kawasaki Z900 has been an absolute joy—I’ve genuinely enjoyed every kilometre on this machine. The stock exhaust itself sounds amazing. It has a deep, refined tone that honestly doesn’t make you feel the need to switch to an aftermarket exhaust unless you’re specifically looking for something louder. For a 948cc engine, the mileage is quite decent—surprisingly comparable to what you’d expect from a 400cc bike if ridden sensibly. The riding modes are extremely useful, especially in city conditions. The Rain mode gives excellent control and adds confidence in traffic while also helping with fuel efficiency. On the highway, this bike truly shines. Just engage the cruise control, and it feels like you’re flying—effortless power and stability. The display is very attractive, offering two themes. One feature I absolutely love is the ambient light sensor, which automatically switches between dark and light modes based on lighting conditions—simple but very premium.I’ve ridden over 500+ km within the city, and comfort has never been an issue. At 170 cm height, the bike feels perfectly manageable. Despite weighing around 200 kg, it never feels heavy—it honestly feels as light and nimble as an FZ while riding. The headlight performance at night is average on low beam, but the high beam is excellent and gives great visibility. You can clearly spot vehicles and road edges ahead.A couple of small downsides—the horn could be better, and while the heat management is actually very good, it’s still noticeable in heavy traffic (as expected from a big engine).Overall, the Z900 is a perfect blend of power, comfort, technology, and everyday usability—a bike that puts a smile on your face every single ride.

The Kawasaki Z900 (2025-2026) remains one of the most balanced "big bikes" on the market, especially for those looking for the smooth, visceral thrill of an inline-four without the extreme price tag of a liter-class superbike. The latest updates have finally addressed the bike’s biggest historical weakness: its dated electronics. By adding a six-axis IMU, Kawasaki has brought the Z900 into the modern era, making it a much more "complete" package for 2026.The 2026 Kawasaki Z900 is the "Angry Young Man" of the streetfighter world. It doesn't try to be the most sophisticated or the lightest bike in its class (competitors like the Triumph Street Triple R are more agile), but it wins on pure muscle and usability. If you want a bike that can commute on Friday, hit the twisties on Saturday, and look like a "beast" parked in your garage, the Z900 is nearly impossible to beat for the price.
