I have had this motorcycle for the last 3 years, and I have ridden around 19000km. It is best for city traffic. Earlier, I used to get 58+ kmpl, but now it is around 48 49 kmpl. Power is as per the segment, and the ride is comfortable. I regularly service my bike in a 3 4 month interval, which enhances ride quality. For servicing, I prefer the Amit Hero workshop at Foreshore Road, Howrah.

Failed Project of XTEC

Worst Bike of Hero as per date. I purchased it in April 2024. Can't get the confidence of a long journey as it automatically breaks down. I have complained several times at the showroom. They replace so many parts as the problem arises. Buy still it gets automatically off and finally, under no consideration, the service center accepts the failure of project BS 6. I am not the only customer but also many others who visit with glamour complain the same as they don't know what to do now!If anyone suggests any method of how to deal with that, if there is any process of replacing this model of glamour with another good bike of hero, I will be obliged. The purpose of regular use failed as the bike gets Off automatically while running at a speed of 60 or 70 and self-start does not work that time.

A SUICIDAL MACHINE

The buying experience was good.The riding experience is average as it is not a high-value bike.*The main problem is starting off the engine while using a clutch in traffic or a highway. Just imagine that you are driving on a highway and overtaking a vehicle and you use the clutch to shift the gear according to you and suddenly the bike gets off and doesn't start in running condition, what will happen???? A garland will be on your photo and your family will be on the road. The service centre has used its all resources, experience and whatever it can, but the result is the same. I am not blaming the service centre but the company that had delivered us a suicidal machine which we are buying with our hard-earned saved money.Great work HERO, DESH KA GARV.

Tips for other riders
Do your term insurance policy and LIC POLICY as early as possible. Because the bike will not be in normal condition, so either sell it or do the same mentioned above.
