I have been using this bike for 2 years. The bike auto off every time complained in the showroom but the same issue repeats. If any replacement for this bike will help meOnce service is completed showroom people say the issue is resolved but the same issue repeats For every air block, they will say and change the filtersThey changed so many parts saying this is the issue and that's why the bike is getting off but the issue remained the same. The worst bike I can say is simple I recommend not buying a glamour Xtec and don't lose your happiness.

BAD choice of all time.

Glamour Xtech 2023: It's been around 6 months, I've been using this bike for my daily commute. Writing this from my own experience & shared experience with users. Cons: 1. The main issue is the starting problem, kick start/self-start mode. Starts only after multiple kicks. Sometimes empty blows while kicking. 2. The engine suddenly cut off while on a drive. Self won't work at that time. Starts only after multiple kicks. 3. The engine sounds loud. Sometimes Even for a small ride for 4-5kms engine loads heavily & cut-offs, won't start for some time. For some times it runs smoothly like no problem exists with it. Sometimes it tests your patience. 4. I3 S was a failed upgrade - It starts only for a couple of attempts. 5. Battery charging issue. Dealer/Showroom service people won't support you with this issue. They were not ready to help you resolve this at any time. Not ready for replacement/repair. They just need money. 6. Braking system Pros: Comfort bike seat/heightHeadlight/lighting system Bluetooth connectivityMobile charging option. Never expected this kind of issue from Hero. Strongly recommend a big NO for Glamour Xtech. After multiple services, the issues were not resolved at all. Totally wasted.

Tips for other riders
I suggest to request battery charging to service executive, self start works for few days on charging. It helps us in forgetting that we got cheated for few days.

Hero Glamour Xtec Drum Alloy

Good bike I have ride it for 58000kms no major issues till now I just changed chain sprocket twice in whole 58k km, it gives overall good mileage of 57km per litre and it gives us good comfort and stylish looks, and ii thought company should increase the switch quality and focus on front headlight lighting.
