I purchased it but within 4 months I got several unsolving issues regarding riding & mileage was around 38 at the economic speed. It was jerking at the speed of 20 & still up to 45 it is the same thing & the bike very often starts off at the time of driving in traffic which compelled me to sell it. Avoid hero bikes if possible.

There is serious problem while you are in traffic, Engine gets switch off despite in cluch also, two or three gear, you can imagine if your vehicle get off in heavy traffic , vehicle can be damage to bike and human. I have complained in each service but they cannot repair it saying that there is absolutely manufacturing or engineering problem, I request to company that the vehicle should be called back to the company, I do not want to ride any more,

I was having trust hero bike but after purchasing this glamour xtec face too many bad experiences. I never suggest anyone buy this bike. The hero will lose customer trust. I think it is the worsted product of a hero overall.

Glamour Xtech 2023:
It's been around 6 months, I've been using this bike for my daily commute. Writing this from my own experience & shared experience with users.
Cons:
1. The main issue is the starting problem, kick start/self-start mode. Starts only after multiple kicks. Sometimes empty blows while kicking.
2. The engine suddenly cut off while on a drive. Self won't work at that time. Starts only after multiple kicks.
3. The engine sounds loud. Sometimes Even for a small ride for 4-5kms engine loads heavily & cut-offs, won't start for some time.
For some times it runs smoothly like no problem exists with it. Sometimes it tests your patience.
4. I3 S was a failed upgrade - It starts only for a couple of attempts.
5. Battery charging issue. Dealer/Showroom service people won't support you with this issue. They were not ready to help you resolve this at any time. Not ready for replacement/repair. They just need money.
6. Braking system
Pros:
Comfort bike seat/height
Headlight/lighting system
Bluetooth connectivity
Mobile charging option.
Never expected this kind of issue from Hero. Strongly recommend a big NO for Glamour Xtech. After multiple services, the issues were not resolved at all. Totally wasted.

I am reviewing this after using this bike for 6 months. The bike turns off automatically while riding and it doesn't work at that time, less mileage, gear is stuck, Very bad experience with this bike. The bike turns off at low speed in 2nd gear, navigation system doesn't work properly, it turns off automatically after 5-10 minutes.

Best commuter bike. I have been riding his machine since august 2021 for commuting purposes. 0 maintenance cost as of 8000 kilometers except for engine oil. The machine gives me a mileage of 58km/lt . The headlight is to some extent dim in comparison with any tvs two-wheeler. However, I recommend this one for daily commuting, especially on village roads studded with uneven stones and boulders.

The biggest problem with this bike is engine cutoff Whenever riding this bike in traffic conditions the engine suddenly stops and needs some seconds time again to start the bike. Next seating and handling comfort is not good because getting pains in my palm and shoulder places. And finally, the vibrations are more when you cross at 60km/hr speed.
