Hero Glamour Xtec Price in Mumbai

Several times, I was in danger due to the engine stopping. There is a serious problem while you are in traffic, the Engine gets switched off despite being in clutch, also, two or three gears. You can imagine if your vehicle gets off in heavy traffic, the vehicle can damage to bike and humans. I have complained in each service, but they cannot repair it, saying that there is a manufacturing or engineering problem. I request to company that the vehicle be returned to the company. I do not want to ride anymore.

I had purchased Glamour XTEC in October 24.
One month later, the bike engine started shutting down whenever you try to slow down from 5th gear to 1st or 2nd gear.
Even while slowing down at breakers or suddenly while you're running on a highway in a normal 40 to 50 KMPH.
The engine cut off multiple times.
Service advisor has no idea regarding this failure in the XTEC model, they just try to close the Job card by saying the vehicle is fine there is no issue in the cutoff.
Mileage is below expectations
48 to 50 kmpl City
52 to 55 kmpl Highway
I had complained 8 to 10 times regarding this issue in the service centre but to date no solution.
Waste of money,1.2 lacs instead, we had multiple options in the market for the same amount.
The last option is to file a complaint in the consumer court for the same.
Either give us the replacement with another vehicle or money back.
A big nooooooooo.

I have been riding this beautiful machine for 2 years (more than 30k km). And I have discovered a lot of things with the bike..
1. The design of the bike attracts more dirt, especially in monsoon. Pillion legs get dirty during monsoon.
2. Bike cowls are a little sharpy which looks stunning but it’s prone to scratches.
3. After a 1.5 the clutch kit is getting exhausted every 4 months. Failed self-start when it’s in gear.
4. The quality of the battery installed is disappointing as in my case in 1.5 years I had to replace it due to poor performance.
5. Although spare and body parts are cheap as compared to competitors. Love the way they designed the headlight section
6. There is no compromise on millage! Even after riding it over 30k km it’s still dealing in 53-54km/ltr (I have started using Power petrol after 1 year regularly)
7. Breaking systems although is a solid pack but felt the calliper is poor in quality as within 2 years it’s getting jammed. You can rely on breaks.
8. Love the tale light as it gives you an indication if there is any malfunction (the bulb is gone or there is an issue in the wired connection etc.)
9. Customer service is poor as at every service you need to serve the plate for them.. servicing people are not even trying to investigate while servicing the bike which may result in inappropriate service.. so you have to learn about your bike.
I can give the bike 4 stars out of 5 they just need to improve their design a little, taking pillion comfort into the picture and improving in quality of parts. I love my bike.
