When it comes to design, Ducati likes to experiment with its bikes and the results are usually quite appealing. This time too, the Italian maker gave their latest model – the XDiavel to popular American bike builder, Roland Sands and the outcome was really good. 

Ducati is planning to launch the XDiavel in the Indian market by next month. While many would regard the Diavel to be Ducati’s first ‘cruiser’, the Italian manufacturer has always tried to dissociate the Diavel from this tag. Ducati has been toying with the idea of introducing their first proper cruiser, the XDiavel, in the Indian market for quite some time now. Now though, we have confirmed news that the launch has been slated in September, with prices starting at Rs 15.56 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai).

Looks like Ducati is busy recalling its bikes. After recalling the 1199 Superlegerra for a clutch issue, the Italian bike maker has recalled its latest model – the XDiavel in North America. 

Ducati has launched the XDiavel and the Multistrada Enduro in Indonesia. Priced at Rp 799 million (Rs 40.1 lakh) and Rp 809 million (Rs 40.6 lakh) respectively, these motorcycles were launched during the inauguration of the Ducati flagship store in Jakarta, which happens to be the largest of its kind in the world. 

Ducati has started accepting bookings for the XDiavel and the Multistrada Enduro. With deliveries expected to commence in July, customers can book these motorcycles for a token amount of Rs 1 lakh.

Ducati seems to be building buzz for its recently launched XDiavel, as it recently unveiled a sports-oriented interpretation of the cruiser, christened the draXter. Conceived at the Ducati Design Center, Italy, the draXter is a completely performance-focussed cruiser, a 1299 Panigale equivalent of cruisers, if you may.
