Aprilia is a brand that has a rich racing heritage, and the company has applied that to the SR150 – it is a sporty scooter whose introductory pricing is not premium at all.

A part of the Piaggio Group along with the Vespa brand, the Aprilia SR150 is targeted at youth who have performance and style as top priorities.

The SR 150 is equipped with a disc brake in the front and drum brake at the rear. The scooter rides on metallic black alloy wheels. At the front is a standard telescopic suspension while the rear gets a single-side coil spring. The headlamps are integrated into the cowl of the fascia like the Honda Dio, but the indicators have been positioned on the handlebar. The Aprilia SR 150 is powered by a 150cc engine, which is derived from the Vespa S150. The 154 cc engine makes 11.4 bhp and 11.5Nm of torque.

The Aprilia SR 150 is fully localised and is manufactured at the company’s Baramati facility. It competes with the Vespa LX125, Honda Grazia, TVS Ntorq and Suzuki Burgman Street. The Aprilia SR 150 is priced at Rs 73,000 onwards (ex-showroom Delhi).

I ride only this i love this man. I gave the same to my cousin as well. Mileage is 45 kmpl this is only problem if you go for 100 cc your mileage would be 60 to 65. But i will say this scooty is comfortable . It looks is pretty good on me.

Got this scooter recently and its the fastest one I have ridden so far.I've heard many owners complaining about the ride quality, but for me it's not that bad,the front suspension was a bit on the harder side so i reduce the front tyre pressure by just 3psi and it works

It's a power machine. The riding experience is really awesome. The pickup is just awesome, riding is so easy, very comfortable for one person not for two. Mileage is not that great but it's and awesome scooter. Whenever you ride you will catch attention of many people.

You’re in the market for a scooter, but you want to stand out. You don’t need the over-the-top (under-the-seat?) utility of the true scooter, and neither do you need the fuel efficiency of the commuter motorcycle. Oh, and you don’t want to give up on performance. Well, just...

The Aprilia SR 150 isn’t just another scooter. A 150cc engine, 14-inch wheels, and styling that’s reflective of sportsbikes. The SR then is a game changer; a motorcycle in disguise; a true race day companion. Well, at least that’s what its maker, Piaggio India, would like...
