Kinetic Green Zing Summary
Kinetic Green Zing is an electric scooter available in 2 variants and 3 colours. With both front and rear disc brakes, Kinetic Green Zing comes up with combined braking system of both wheels.
The Kinetic Green Zing is a budget-friendly electric scooter that offers an accessible and cost-effective urban mobility solution. The Zing features a contemporary and functional design tailored for ease of use in city traffic.
The Zing is a low-speed electric scooter with a top speed of 25kmph, thus it doesn’t require a driving license to ride it on public roads. Feature-wise, it gets a digital instrument cluster, cruise control, parking brake, and a USB charging. Other features include keyless operation, anti-theft alarm, and a 'locate my scooter' light.
The standard model of the Kinetic Green Zing is powered by a 60V 35A motor paired with a 1.4kWh battery pack, which is capable of delivering a range of 70km on a single charge. Meanwhile, the Big B variant gets a 1.7kWh battery pack providing a range of 100km. Both variants have a limited top speed of 25kmph.
The battery pack takes roughly around 3-4 hours to charge fully with the help of the bundled charger. The Kinetic Green Zing comes equipped with telescopic front forks and preload-adjustable twin shock absorbers at the rear. Meanwhile, the scooter drops anchors with the help of drum brakes at both ends. It rides on tubeless tyres wrapped on alloy wheels.

Poor performance, No service centre No support till date

After purchasing Kinetic Zing, all showrooms closed. No service centre. Now there is no information about the service and sales showrooms. No support till date after my purchase. I searched Kinetic showrooms and service centres for three months, but there is nothing and I'm fed up.Avoid the purchase of this brand.

It is good but not worth it , it may need more tecnology

I buy it 3 years ago. it working properly without any service but makes noice. it need very less maintenance it is good for short distance but not recommended for long distance after 3 years my experience is good because I usually use it for short distance when I will drive I feel less power so it need to improve motor

Very dull service, this company is waranty is false.

The warranty provided is misleading and unreliable. The company cannot be trusted, as its representatives are cheating customers. I had sent a red battery charger to the service center in Amritsar through a dealer for inspection. The dealer charged me 150 rupees and then sent the charger to Pune. There, I received a video showing drops of water inside the charger, which is simply not true. I charged the device indoors, where water couldn't enter.Upon checking the battery charger at the service center in Amritsar, it was confirmed that there was no defect and no water present inside it. Instead, they sent misleading video evidence to confuse customers and take their money. Such deceptive practices, especially targeting a soldier, are unacceptable. We will take necessary action against the company. When the charger was examined at the Amritsar service center, there were no signs of water before it was sent to Pune.

It is ever worst for non co-operate for Service

it is the worst for its service because I have a Kinetic Zing. Almost 2.5 years, which covers the warranty they promised for 3 years. but they count Battery Warranty when it is make, rather than handover date to the customer. I suffer from this situation. Battery was damaged after almost in 2.5 years and they deny to resolve it.

Battery issue - 59 km range company claim 100 km

I purchased the zing BIG B on 14 March 2025 from Gujarat Junagadh, still my complaints for battery performance (59 km - out of 100km) have not been resolved, complaint registered on 20 March and today is 21 June. Very bad service and higher management. The digital meter is not good, not able to display battery is low, bike stops because of the battery. Tunwal and TVS are good on that.
