Meanwhile, the styling, specifications, and hardware remain unchanged. Here we list the top five highlights of the 2023 Bajaj Pulsar 220F from its India launch.

What mechanical upgrades does the 2023 Bajaj Pulsar 220F receive?

The 2023 Pulsar 220F has retained the 220cc, single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled motor tuned to deliver a maximum output of 20.11bhp at 8,500rpm and a peak torque of 18.55Nm at 7,000rpm. This engine is linked to a five-speed gearbox. While the numbers are similar to the BS6 model, the 2023 Pulsar 220F gets all the necessary hardware to comply with the OBD2-norms.

Are there any styling changes to the 2023 Bajaj Pulsar 220F?

The styling remains unaltered, and the 2023 Bajaj Pulsar 220F continues to feature a semi-fairing design, vertically-stacked twin-pod headlights with twin DRLs, fairing-mounted rear-view mirrors, engine cowl, clip-on-style handlebar, a muscular fuel tank, a split-style seat, two-piece pillion grabrail, a side-slung exhaust, and 17-inch six-spoke alloy wheels on both ends. While the design remains unaltered, the company has updated the graphics on the 2023 model. These graphics are visible on the front fender, fairing, fuel tank, rear panel, and engine cowl. The company has also added carbon-fibre graphics on the motorcycle for a sportier look.

The warning lights are placed between the tachometer and the digital display while the tell-tale indicators are placed at the bottom of the console. To add a pinch of sportiness to the visuals, the motorcycle features a carbon-fibre texture around the instrument cluster. Meanwhile, it retains features such as the projector-style halogen headlight, backlit switchgear, conventional blinkers, an LED taillight, and a single-channel ABS.

Similar to the design, the hardware on the 2023 Pulsar 220F remains unchanged, and the motorcycle continues to use Endurance-sourced telescopic front forks and preload-adjustable twin rear shocks to handle the suspension duties. The braking tasks are handled by a single 280mm disc at the front and a 230mm rotor at the back. The 17-inch alloy wheels are shod in 90/90-section front and 120/80-section rear tubeless tyres.
