It’s been 3.5 years since I purchased highness 350 from Bigwing Palace road. It’s been terrible experience since from the starting itself. I need to replace cone set once in every 8k km run. When I complain this in the showroom, they always revert it back to me by saying that you are washing your vehicle outside so that water is entering inner part. What kind of suggestion is this??? I have seen that so many other vehicles are facing the similar kind of issues in Honda bigwing. Even if you raise a complaint, its totally useless and nobody bothers it and you won’t even notified clearly for closing the complaint. I’m planning to sell my vehicle with immediate effect. Also i have heard other complaints related to rusting issues too.Not at all wise choice to choose this vehicle for commuting!

Say Yes to CB350 than Classic 350

The Honda Highness CB350 is a solid package for anyone looking for a refined and reliable cruiser. The engine feels extremely smooth and responsive, especially in city rides and mid-range cruising. Even in higher gears, you can comfortably cruise at low speeds without frequent gear shifts, which makes riding in traffic very relaxed. One of the standout aspects is the exhaust note… it’s deep and satisfying without being too loud or irritating, which makes long rides more enjoyable. The overall build quality and finishing are premium, clearly reflecting Honda’s engineering standards. In terms of ride comfort, the bike handles well on both highways and slightly rough terrains, making it a versatile option. Compared to Royal Enfield, the Highness feels more refined and easier to manage in daily use. That said, there are a couple of downsides. The paint on the brake calliper started wearing off very early within just 80 km which is disappointing from a finish-quality perspective. The overall paint on the body is thin . Additionally, if you are around 6 feet tall, you either need to get those mirror extenders or fully replace the mirrors and consider adding auxiliary lights. The stock headlight isn’t strong enough for night rides, and it can be quite challenging and uncomfortable to ride in low-visibility conditions.Overall, it’s a great investment if you’re looking for a balance of performance, comfort, and reliability. Despite these minor drawbacks, it’s still a better and more practical choice than Royal Enfield for most riders.

Engine smoothness
Shibeesh
generally considered reliable, smooth, and well-engineered, offering excellent refinement and minimal vibrations even at high speeds. It's an air-cooled, long-stroke motor built for longevity, providing good mid-range torque for both city and highway use. While the engine itself is robust, some owners report issues with component durability, like quickly-wearing disk pads and chain sprockets, alongside high service costs and limited availability of service centres. However, the overall consensus points to superior engineering and reliability compared to competitors, making it a worthwhile investment for peace of mind.
