I was just going to purchase the xpulse 200 this month. But after getting the news about 4v, which has more better engine quality, mileage, good seat, and headlight, I am waiting for it, not the old one. Moreover the colors are so beautiful. Love the red 1.Requesting to hero please send it in my town soon.

  • Engine Issues with the Hero Xpulse 200 4V

    Santu Tunga

Purchased with enthusiasm, the Hero Xpulse 200 4V initially seemed like a promising ride. The suspension delivered a smooth experience, and regular servicing was a testament to my commitment to maintenance. However, the journey hit a rough patch at 9000km with a broken gear assembly balancer-driven washer, an issue that reemerged at 14000 km.
Despite adhering to service schedules, this recurring problem has marred the reliability of the bike. Conversations with fellow Xpulse owners in online communities have revealed a pattern of similar experiences, with no definitive solutions in sight. This has led to a growing dissatisfaction among riders, myself included.
The financial impact is non-negligible, with an investment of INR 170,000 feeling increasingly unjustified. The lack of resolution and repeated nature of the engine problem has eroded my trust in the brand, to the point where recommending this bike to others is out of the question.
In conclusion, the Hero Xpulse 200 4V has fallen short of expectations. Potential buyers should be wary of the engine issues that have yet to be addressed by the manufacturer, casting a shadow over what could have been a commendable machine.

  • Sporty bike for City Ride- Classic in segment

After Hero Splendor I like the style & performance of Xpulse from Hero.
I am 6.3 ft tall and the bike very aptly fits my Height. The Suspension is very rigid, especially when I ride single. Since it has more weight the stability is very good.
The bike has a sporty look and has a very decent pickup to 80 kmph, the mileage is also very decent around 40kms within the city.
I have not serviced within the free service period so I do not have faced a real service bill, but the mechanic states normally the vehicle does not have much to spend.
    Pros:
    Good stability
    Good Brakes
    Nice Sporty look
Rigid Vehicle & good seating comfort
    Decent mileage within the City
    cons:
Mono suspension, if more weight is added on the rear seat there is a suspension issue
I rate it 5 stars for this bike personally.

One of the standout features of the Hero Xpulse 200 4V is its styling, especially the updated graphics that the motorcycle received with the four-valve upgrade. The decals on the fuel tank, along with this particular Matte Nexus Blue paint theme, look aesthetically pleasing, while the tall front fender, knuckle guards, wire-spoke wheels, the high position for the exhaust canister, and the metal bash plate enhance the rugged look of the motorcycle. Then, there are the bits that make the ownership experience more convenient. The Xpulse 200 4V has always been a versatile product that can be used for everyday commutes, occasional touring, and off-road riding. At the same time, it looks stylish and rugged, grabbing a considerable amount of attention on Indian roads.

  • Honest Review of Hero Xpulse 200 4v

    Mukesh Sahu

The buying experience of this bike is awesome. I have owned this bike since 2021. There is no issue at the time of buying this bike. The company hero makes a Hahassle-free experience.
When we talk about the riding experience of this Hero Xpulse 200 4v is so comfortable while riding but the point is to note that it has a narrow seat as compared to other bikes because it is an off-road bike. The handling is so quick and good and the brakes are responsive enough. The gears of this bike are so smooth. This bike comes in 5 gears.
The look of this bike is eye-catching, sporty, and aggressive. Everyone looks at me when I drive this bike on the road. The presence of this bike attracts people because it has a big wheel on the front side and a mudguard is fitted above it like a dirt bike. The graphics and the look of this is amazing.
And when we talk about performance this bike is powerful because its having a 200 cc engine with 4 valves which gives sudden power and instead pickup. This. The bike comes with the latest BS6 engine which develops a power of 18.9 bhp and a torque of 17.35 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Hero Xpulse 200 4V comes up with an anti-locking braking system.
Service and maintenance of this bike are normal like every BS6 bike. Hero gives the first 5 services of this bike are free. And right now there is no such problem with this bike everything works fine.
Every bike has its own pros and cons -
    Pros-
    1. This bike has great pickup and power.
    2. Because of those long front shock ups the comfort of this bike is next level. It gives a smooth riding experience.
    3. This bike has a huge ground clearance of 220 mm
    4. The look and feel of this bike. Everyone notices it and gives compliments.
    5. Better off-roading.
    Cons-
    1. The headlight is not so good. The company must give a projector headlight setup.
    2. Seat is narrow and short not good for long tours. You must add some extra cushioning.
    3. Not suitable for short-height persons because it has more ground clearance it increases bike height.

    G Vijayakumar

And you love the pulse is doesn't disappoint you but the new user rider little bit disappointed with the gear position and some heat the heat issue is only the first service after the engine set no problem.

Bike is good for tall people as I am 6 feet It is smooth while driving it is good both for on-road and off-road, it looks like a dirt bike ngl, but 1 service is pretty good, needs more speed 110 is low.

This bike ride was so good. I noticed 3 issues with my bike. 25-30mileage in city. While applying breaks tyres were getting skid. The headlight was a little low. I felt this was my experience in the last 7 months.
