The buying experience was good. There were a few problems with the bike. Self-start problem. Loud engine noise. Worst riding experience. I don't recommend buying this bike. Overall poor quality bike.

Even after making service for every 2-3k kms bike make extreme noise. Uncomfortable riding experience.

I purchased a new hero passion xtec bike.I feel a very bad experience riding this bike.Every 5 kilometers at least 50 times stopped.And feel very cheap to ride this bike engine quality is very poor it's become red in fuel kilometers. I never ride before this type of bike. Before I'm using a honda bike I feel very much comfortable.

1. Buying experience is really good worth of money.2. Comfort of this bike is really great.3. I'm falling in love with this bike the looks are amazing4. Maintainance cost of this bike is very low.5. Pros bike made for daily commuteCons it could have a disc brake in the rear tyre. After some distance of travel, you have to rest or there will be a pain in your back.
