Reviews of Hero Passion Xtec

Positive: stylish bike, gives excellent mileage and riding feel for single users. Bike has more new features like Bluetooth connectivity, real-time running mileage, side stand sensor, i3s tech and more makes us happy.
Negative: the bike seems a bit high in seating position, so a bit difficult for normal height people and will be difficult to ride if you make to sit your kid in front. Gearbox is not so smooth, could have been better.
Overall good bike for those who are looking for stylish and better mileage.

When riding the bike engine gets off immediately when we try to cut the gear or while we try to hold the clutch to reduce the gear. On the first day itself, the problem starts till now the problem has not been resolved by the hero company service center. I think this is a manufacturing defect or this model hero passion xtec is a failed model in my opinion.

The engine gets off suddenly while driving in a traffic area. After the 2nd service still, the problem was not rectified.
The mileage I getting is below 45kmpl only when I asked the service center they said it will give only 50kmpl
On rainy days engine gets off frequently
Switches are very poor quality on single rainy days most of the switches. Are not working.

Worst bike I have ever used, The Engine stops anytime at the time of riding, loud engine noise, the problem was not solved by the service centre after 10,000 KM. Don't buy this bike. I'm going to file a case in consumer court to refund my money. The bike cost is approx 1 lac, it is not `1000/-. The service center staff is also not cooperative.

love to ride on this bike, pick is good, the average is very good, looks are excellent in 110 cc bike, overall go for this bike when you want 110 cc. The only thing that can be improved is a vibration at a higher speed. The gears are smooth. The bike is suitable for taller ones because the base height is high short man can struggle to take a stand on this bike.

I bought this bike three months back. From day one, I observed one issue. When I suddenly slow down and upshift the gears, bike engine get off automatically. This I observed in traffic and on speed breakers. This issue was highlighted to service center. They simply cleaned the spark plug and declared that bike is perfect now. Service center is unable to fix the issue. And now I am enjoying the bike ride with sudden engine stop and it will be continued till the lifecycle of bike.
I strongly recommend not to buy hero bikes (I have faced many problems in my previous bike i-smart splendor). Honda is better option.

I purchased a new hero passion xtec bike.
I feel a very bad experience riding this bike.
Every 5 kilometers at least 50 times stopped.
And feel very cheap to ride this bike engine quality is very poor it's become red in fuel kilometers. I never ride before this type of bike. Before I'm using a honda bike I feel very much comfortable.

For anyone who wants to buy this bike hero passion xtec, I suggest it is better to hire a bullock cart instead of this bike. Hero company name only hero but this hero passion xtec bike is zero. Don't buy this bike. I bought this bike one month before the engine gets off every day at least 15 times within a 10-kilometer ride.

The buying experience is somewhat ok
Riding is not Swift but considering the mileage it delivers, it is awesome.
Looks quite fine and it just looks like updated curves consistent with the present time.
Performance wise I have to accept that what I expected for a 110 cc bike is not met but please believe me that you will be dumbstruck if I say I got more than 70 km on highways. The pain in your will be the engine cut off during slow speeds when you engage the clutch and it feels like a stupid toddler learning to ride the bike.
Services are useless and they do not know how to fix it in two official services and several off-the-record service attempts (they had my vehicle for more than 10 days in total only for this specific issue).
