The buying experience was good. There were a few problems with the bike. Self-start problem. Loud engine noise. Worst riding experience. I don't recommend buying this bike. Overall poor quality bike.

I purchased a new hero passion xtec bike.I feel a very bad experience riding this bike.Every 5 kilometers at least 50 times stopped.And feel very cheap to ride this bike engine quality is very poor it's become red in fuel kilometers. I never ride before this type of bike. Before I'm using a honda bike I feel very much comfortable.

Don't buy this bike. Don't waste your money. Don't buy your bike from Hero Company. All items are of poor quality. The engine makes a loud noise. If you ride this bike you will get back pain, shoulder pain, Hand pain, and Leg pain.
