The vehicle is good, but misguided by the sales manager when I purchased the vehicle. Amazon in front of the sales manager, they told we will give a WCF offer 5years for 8 parts, but after payment, we will give only for battery not for remaining parts then
Asked if it is possible after the argument, he is telling to cancel your order, this is the worst experience from a sales manager.

Good Scooter to ride suspension is good ABS is good. All need is fulfilled only thing the side are so broad which creates a leg pain to elders and kid when they are sitting in back that need to be slimmed a bit that makes more comfort while driveling, while driving side are mostly outside bungees so the legs are getting hit badly while driving. I have been using the Ather Rizta for daily commuting, and overall, I am very satisfied with it. The scooter is very comfortable, especially the seat, which is perfect for city rides and even for family use. The ride quality is smooth, and it handles bad roads better than I expected.
