The Vehicle Ather Rizta Z is excellent for its comfort, design and features. The sales team was not supportive when I was buying this vehicle, but I still ignored them
The service team has further disappointed many times in the case of general service for example abnormal belt noise, now new issue arrived of software and PDU unit.

Scooter itself is great, no doubt about design and performance, but when it comes to service, it's 3rd class. I'm not talking about the service provided, but the parts for Rizta have so much of a shortage that it took me 1 month just to get a foot mat, and now it's been 4 weeks, and still the secondary belt connected to the wheel is not available, and still not sure when it will be. Only went up to 6600 kms and getting such serious issues, I'm regretting ever buying or even thinking it's a good EV to go with. Do you ever buy Rizta? You can go for 450 or other variants of R450, since there are lots of options for it.

I was looking for an electric scooter with great after-sales service and amazing looks. The Ather Rizta suits my budget and is an excellent value for money vehicle. It's a complete family bike with great features, and the dealership centres are very helpful and cordial to assist us in selecting the right variant.
