Everyone has been giving rave reviews about the Ather Rizta. I purchased my scooter about 4 months ago. Unfortunately, it has been a pretty bad experience to date. First point the vehicles to bulky and heavy and very difficult to move. People sitting in the back constantly complain about how wide the vehicle is and how difficult it is to get on the vehicle and get down from the vehicle.Once you ride this vehicle you suddenly realize that your thighs and leg are paining a lot. The condition according to the company itself is you cannot have more than 140 kgs riding on the vehicle, which means that you and your wife together cannot weigh more than 140 kgs.;The mileage is extremely poor. Have been to service three times in the last 4 months and there has been no improvement. The mileage that I have been getting is in the range of 40 to 50 km for a full charge. I waited for over 1 year trying to get the perfect electric vehicle and I was convinced with all the publicity that this was the vehicle of choice for me. I am sorry to say that this vehicle is anything but good and I would strongly advise anyone to buy this vehicle.

The design and comfort are good, and the built quality is also good. It feels like riding a normal scooter. The only con is that it's very costly, especially for the Pro Pack. The range also feels a bit less after paying too much for the scooter.Impressed with its driving experience, comfort, and honorable mention is its storage, which can accommodate two helmets at a time.Almost a perfect family scooter.

Performance is not good very fast discharge battery. Services is too much because I claimed parts on date 12th April 2025 but the service centre called me on 6th may 2025. And Scooty 's software is giving very bad performance, this is not sync, I already raised a complaint but ather company still now not solved the issue nor have they called me about the raised complaint. I advise to everyone not to buy the Ather Scooty, i am facing the problem, I don't want to face others.Very bad experience buying Ather Rizta Z Scooty.

I recently bought an Ather Rizta Mid variant with a pro pack (pro pack is essential for the 5-year (additional 2 years from original 3 years) warranty they claim on ads and costs you close to 20k). I have also bought an additional 3 years battery warranty for 5k. Let me talk about the delivery experience, I have purchased the vehicle through a local dealer (rajdurai's Coimbatore, Ramnagar). The initial experience was good until I paid the whole money, till then the sales guy was behind me every day ringing at least 5-6 times asking if I can make it the next day. The moment I paid I stopped getting calls from the sales guy, in fact, the guy was missing during delivery and I (myself and my family) had to wait for an 1 hour without any updates, not sure about if this happens in other showrooms. Sales guys show a lot of attitude is what I understand from the reviews on Google for the showroom, Ather should fix this to sustain in the market, they should understand that they are not a monopoly anymore, there are several electric bikes in the market with 8 years default warranty with better configurations. I also hear pathetic experiences about the service especially on the Coimbatore, Ramnagar branch. I am already worried about my wrong purchase decision, hope not to get any issues in between to avoid the pathetic service team and the hassle.

Ather Rizta Z - 2.9 kwh - Mono - Ather Stack Pro
20 weeks ago
Onkar Gundla
Scooter itself is great, no doubt about design and performance, but when it comes to service, it's 3rd class. I'm not talking about the service provided, but the parts for Rizta have so much of a shortage that it took me 1 month just to get a foot mat, and now it's been 4 weeks, and still the secondary belt connected to the wheel is not available, and still not sure when it will be. Only went up to 6600 kms and getting such serious issues, I'm regretting ever buying or even thinking it's a good EV to go with. Do you ever buy Rizta? You can go for 450 or other variants of R450, since there are lots of options for it.

Ather Rizta is a strong candidate it's a feature-rich..comfortable... family-focused electric scooter and are willing to pay a premium for those comforts. Poor quality and Performance
1 year ago
Dr Diwakar

Ather Rizta S - 2.9 kwh

The design and comfort are good, and the built quality is also good. It feels like riding a normal scooter. The only con is that it's very costly, especially for the Pro Pack. The range also feels a bit less after paying too much for the scooter.Impressed with its driving experience, comfort, and honorable mention is its storage, which can accommodate two helmets at a time.Almost a perfect family scooter.

I was finally bought this Rizta Z 3.7kw with propack & Quite Expensive But,It's my first Electric Vehicle, milage is not like 125/150..Real world range is nearly 85+ with ZIP mode,May be vary in Eco mode... NOT USED TILL NOW.I like zip mode and it's performance and it's sound...Suspension awesome...One drawback is there...While down battery below 25% it will automatically off while riding, (mad system) how will ladies and unknown persons will handle this situation while riding on roads...?Later should start again, but people having fear on the road know..? Everything comes under pro pack. The seat and storage was good. All okMilage - Don't expect 80+ zip modeCharging - 4 minutes for 1 % (400 minutes for full charge)Will update what happened in the upcoming days...

Satisfying Ather Rizta
Pavansastry Puranapanda
Friendly Scooter, good value for money, and a more comfortable ride than EV Scooters. Features almost meet customer requirements and are simply awesome. Some materials have to be replaced with alloy material in place of Plastic. Minor improvements are required and the Pro pack cost is also high. Better to include the Scooter Cost.

Amit Jaiswal
Performance is not good very fast discharge battery. Services is too much because I claimed parts on date 12th April 2025 but the service centre called me on 6th may 2025. And Scooty 's software is giving very bad performance, this is not sync, I already raised a complaint but ather company still now not solved the issue nor have they called me about the raised complaint. I advise to everyone not to buy the Ather Scooty, i am facing the problem, I don't want to face others.Very bad experience buying Ather Rizta Z Scooty.
