Incident - After the 3rd service, while riding from Bangalore to Coimbatore, the engine bearing failed/broke unexpectedly during the trip.

Conclusion
I genuinely wanted this bike to be my long-term adventure touring machine, but repeated mechanical and support issues within less than 2 years have made the ownership experience frustrating and stressful.
For occasional city rides, the bike may still feel enjoyable, but for serious touring and dependable long-distance riding, my experience has unfortunately not been confidence inspiring.
Potential buyers should strongly evaluate:

About the Reviewer

The bike's performance and other aspects are good, but the major problem lies with maintenance and service. The repair costs are too expensive, and the service teams leave much to be desired. The Synergy Service Center, in particular, is one of the worst bike service centers in Bangalore.
I took my bike in for a general service and to replace the handle lock. However, it took them five days to complete the service. When I inquired, they claimed they had too many vehicles pending for service. To make matters worse, they did not replace the handle lock as promised. After a heated argument, they finally replaced it at no cost, but not before informing me that my bike was under warranty and that it could have been done for free from the beginning.
I strongly advise against using this service center.

About the Reviewer

Just done the second servicing of the new bike.
The chain sprocket damaged within 4 months, and now I want to change the chain sprocket, worth 7000/- for a new bike.
Extremely disappointed with the performance and quality of service provided by Yezdi.
Personal opinion: Do not waste your money on Yezdi.
Royal Enfield is far better, at least with the quality of components used for the Bike.
