TVS Ntorq 125 price in Chittorgarh

I am having a really good experience because speed compared to other scooter is very good. Look wise sporty. Other two TVS vehicle use already. Performance is very good. Average is average but nice. Service is very low cost.
Pros: Good technology. Bluetooth technology is very good. Smart connect option. Safety here might be the best.

Riding exprience was good because already I own two vehicles from TVS brand, TVS Starcity and Scooty pep. So I purchased new Ntorq because it is a good vehicle with pickup and powerful engine. Look is very nice, service and about maintenance, no idea but in scooty pep and starcity the maintenance is is low.
1) pros : powerfull racing vehicle
2)cons: average is very low compared to other vehicles

I bought TVS Ntorq from Maan Pratap TVS, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, before Dhanteras in 2023. The bike had a problem related to its kick part (making some noise while driving), but the dealer has given me a faulty bike, saying that the mistake was removed (the part changed).

Only after 3 days did I have to submit my bike for the same issue. Maan Pratap and TVS have taken more than 10 days to give me a solution. Finally, on the 12th day, after several calls, they returned the same vehicle, saying that the issue had been resolved.
I carried my vehicle for scheduled service to the same dealership. They have a pathetic in-house setup. All employees, including the manager and the servicemen (excluding Hari), are irresponsible. They never prepare vehicles on time. I arrived after 1 hour of promised time, and they made me wait an additional 1 and a half hours (no value of time). I was shocked when I got to know that their service staff worked only from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Only after an 800 km run did the Ntorq lose its side stand sensor. I called the RSA team and registered for a doorstep service, but no one has come. They were calling me and asking if anyone had contacted me. I paid for this service and felt cheated.

Tired of the RSA response, I pushed the vehicle for 1.5km and took it to the same service centre. They have taken 3 hours to change the sensor socket. The operations manager, Seema Sharma, and the floor manager were both not interested in entertaining my request. After paying 1.20 lakh, I had to pay 350 rupees for the Sencor, and stress is additional.

I had a TVS Apache before, and I was completely satisfied with the product. But this time I feel completely cheated. I will never recommend buying TVS to anyone.
