    After sell service is given by the dealer is not enough for any customer.
    No one can answer properly after sell the product.
    The company needs to be careful about this.
    It is the company's responsibility to protect the customer after the sale.
    I would tell fifty people not to take this scooter from anywhere

  • Worst performance and worst service in showroom

    I had purchased epluto 7g electric scooter from the pure ev company just three months back in Bangalore vfm ev showroom Richmond circle. The vehicle performance is too bad, simply I can say it's not worth of money. There are so many issues in this vehicle. Company says 120km mileage. It is totally fake and also in this 3 months I have faced so many problems from showroom side especially in service department. Totally worst. There is no proper response to customers in vfm ev showroom. In service department the responsible persons are not doing proper work and also customer service will be totally worst in that. Don't buy this vehicle.

  • Badest product in Electric Vehicle

    This is a very bad product. Product Quality is very Cheap and the battery has a major issue of voltage drop, which means the battery decrease performance frequently. After 6 months battery gives 50 to 60 km mileage only. There is no support from the company or showroom. Switches and charging cables of scooters and charger burns very frequently. The staff behavior of the Delhi service center is very rude. So I Recommended to don't buy it.

    no support from service center and company, battery drop milage after 5000 km, in case of battery submit for repair at least 2 months you have to wait for your battery and they do not provide any backup battery for use. Switches and charging cables of scooty and charger burns very frequently. I have change 4 times in 2 years.

  • Don't buy pure ev vehicle

    There are so many issues with this vehicle. The company says 80km mileage. But in epluto law speed single ride 70km. With pillion epluto, not comfort. And average is with pillion 60km. Epluto law speed is very law speed compare to other law speed ev. It is totally fake and also in these 18 months, I have faced so many problems from epluto. Also there's only one dealer in the city. In Ahmedabad dealer is not available now.
    My suggestion is not to buy pure ev product. Many competitors give you the best at a similar price.
    The vehicle's performance is too bad, simply I can say it's not worth of money. After 1 year many issues in the vehicle for example steering left side mirror in epluto will brake automatically. You need to replace the whole parts of the handlebar and it's too costly. The accelerator is also brake not working. You should also replace it with a higher amount.
    Don't buy pure ev vehicle.

  • Worst bike ever

    I have had Epluto 7g for the last three years. the problems started after the first couple of months like the charger breaking down or battery issues. However, I still consider the first two years good because the service center fixed those problems in days or more than that, good part was I was saving money as it was electric. But after two years it is breaking down very often and the service center takes months to repair it. This year Scooty was with me only for a couple of months because It remained in the service center all the time for repair. My advice is don't buy it.

  • Bad finish to good product

    Have problem with the bike finish... Staff put in number plate with sharp screws that has never been changed despite promises. Shock absorbers are pathetic.. Service technician jumps on the bike to repair shock absorbers, still in bad condition. Switches giving problem... Indicator, horn and ignition also.

    It is not smooth while driving. Very very worst customer handling in service centre. Services are not satisfied and it's service takes few days in general service only.
    Digital display shows false kilometers.. On road we run 12 km it shows 13 km. About 8% error it will reduce the battery warranty.

    Battery failure and company bankruptcy,
    Dealers are already closed and service centers may be closed anytime, go for reliable brands like Bajaj and TVS,
    The service center doesn't care about the battery issue they just keep your vehicle for 40 days and again same issue persists no testing was done before the launch.

    Poor plastic quality, range, after sales service. Nothing is good in this scooter.... It's a waste of money... You'll have to face battery problems every month... Parts availability is worst .... Front shockers don't work.... You'll have to replace front wheel bearing every month.... Parts used in scooty are very cheap...Worst ev ever... It's a waste to money and time...

    The buying experience was ok. The look of the bike is good, Very poor service. Terrible battery experience. The vehicle suddenly stops while running. Battery dead, Very unsafe and Service centre closed permanently. No reply on a phone call. All showrooms closed. Pathetic and irresponsible behaviour of the company towards customers.
    Non-reliable, worst company. Customers are crying. Company Hav no care.

  • Worst performance and worst service in showroom

    I had purchased epluto 7g electric scooter from the pure ev company just three months back in Bangalore vfm ev showroom Richmond circle. The vehicle performance is too bad, simply I can say it's not worth of money. There are so many issues in this vehicle. Company says 120km mileage. It is totally fake and also in this 3 months I have faced so many problems from showroom side especially in service department. Totally worst. There is no proper response to customers in vfm ev showroom. In service department the responsible persons are not doing proper work and also customer service will be totally worst in that. Don't buy this vehicle.

  • Badest product in Electric Vehicle

    This is a very bad product. Product Quality is very Cheap and the battery has a major issue of voltage drop, which means the battery decrease performance frequently. After 6 months battery gives 50 to 60 km mileage only. There is no support from the company or showroom. Switches and charging cables of scooters and charger burns very frequently. The staff behavior of the Delhi service center is very rude. So I Recommended to don't buy it.

    no support from service center and company, battery drop milage after 5000 km, in case of battery submit for repair at least 2 months you have to wait for your battery and they do not provide any backup battery for use. Switches and charging cables of scooty and charger burns very frequently. I have change 4 times in 2 years.

  • Don't buy pure ev vehicle

    There are so many issues with this vehicle. The company says 80km mileage. But in epluto law speed single ride 70km. With pillion epluto, not comfort. And average is with pillion 60km. Epluto law speed is very law speed compare to other law speed ev. It is totally fake and also in these 18 months, I have faced so many problems from epluto. Also there's only one dealer in the city. In Ahmedabad dealer is not available now.
    My suggestion is not to buy pure ev product. Many competitors give you the best at a similar price.
    The vehicle's performance is too bad, simply I can say it's not worth of money. After 1 year many issues in the vehicle for example steering left side mirror in epluto will brake automatically. You need to replace the whole parts of the handlebar and it's too costly. The accelerator is also brake not working. You should also replace it with a higher amount.
    Don't buy pure ev vehicle.

  • Worst bike ever

    I have had Epluto 7g for the last three years. the problems started after the first couple of months like the charger breaking down or battery issues. However, I still consider the first two years good because the service center fixed those problems in days or more than that, good part was I was saving money as it was electric. But after two years it is breaking down very often and the service center takes months to repair it. This year Scooty was with me only for a couple of months because It remained in the service center all the time for repair. My advice is don't buy it.

  • Bad finish to good product

    Have problem with the bike finish... Staff put in number plate with sharp screws that has never been changed despite promises. Shock absorbers are pathetic.. Service technician jumps on the bike to repair shock absorbers, still in bad condition. Switches giving problem... Indicator, horn and ignition also.

  • Very worst service

    It is not smooth while driving. Very very worst customer handling in service centre. Services are not satisfied and it's service takes few days in general service only.
    Digital display shows false kilometers.. On road we run 12 km it shows 13 km. About 8% error it will reduce the battery warranty.

  • Battery Failure

    Battery failure and company bankruptcy,
    Dealers are already closed and service centers may be closed anytime, go for reliable brands like Bajaj and TVS,
    The service center doesn't care about the battery issue they just keep your vehicle for 40 days and again same issue persists no testing was done before the launch.

    Poor plastic quality, range, after sales service. Nothing is good in this scooter.... It's a waste of money... You'll have to face battery problems every month... Parts availability is worst .... Front shockers don't work.... You'll have to replace front wheel bearing every month.... Parts used in scooty are very cheap...Worst ev ever... It's a waste to money and time...

    The buying experience was ok. The look of the bike is good, Very poor service. Terrible battery experience. The vehicle suddenly stops while running. Battery dead, Very unsafe and Service centre closed permanently. No reply on a phone call. All showrooms closed. Pathetic and irresponsible behaviour of the company towards customers.
    Non-reliable, worst company. Customers are crying. Company Hav no care.
